Ce jour, demain c'est son anniversaire demain 12 ans, 4e rdv après 9 mois de rupture totale de contact, la complicité revient petit à petit ... mais il craint toujours la mère.

This day, tomorrow is her birthday tomorrow 12 years old, 4TH DATE AFTER 9 months of total collapse of contact, the complicity is back little by little... But he fears always the mother.

This is what i DO NOT want to happen with our son. This is from a french quebecer support group.

Attempting to prevent love inspires rebellion. When you try to interfere with a childs relationship with a parent the child will rebel and rebel hard against the parent fostering the alination. I really really hope you get it. The self destructiveness of it all. The pain it causes the child and the motivation it stirs. Depriving loving ckntact from the other parent is more than selfish narcissism , its child abuse.

Denying a child love from the other parent is child abuse.

Or to put it another way, how would you feel if the other parent denied you the right to tell your child i love you? Just because they felt like denying you the right to talk to your child and telling them that you love them....

With no contact to allow your child to get to know who you really are, you'll be made out to be some kind of ax-murdering psycho by that child's maternal family. Been there, done that. I wish you the best, titor.

Thanks. To be fair she did email me a week ago but it was only to inform me that she wasn't going to give me court ordered unsupervised visitation based on a technicality.

I have found and taken care of that technicality and if she tries to do that to our child again this week, I'll have a proper place to file contempt charges....

Yeah this shit has gotten beyond terrible ... i learned in court that our son has been diagnosed with something like three or four diseases. In the US under the care of our pediatrician he was just fine... on this side of the border where.she.can keep on taking him to the doctor at no charge, here she has discoverd that he has.four different malidies.....but she still cant feed him solid food because its too hard and she.needs to take breaks.... not kidding... doing food exercises with our child was too much work for her so she decided that they needed to take a break from teaching our child the.most fundamntal thing like eating solid food....

Its.a mess a tell ya... and yeah, if she had the.decency to discuss these.issues privately... i would... but like i said, she only contacts me privately to mess with me.

What i.really want to avoid is our son growing into.an adult , resenting mommy for what she tried to do to the father son relationship, the more.she works to keep us apart the more resentful the child will become upon learning the.truth.... and the truth of the matter wont be hidden from children...they are like little inspector.gadgets when they wanna be...so the big concern is.how much backfire is there and how baddly is it going to hurt our childs development and what can i do for him to help him be all he can be in spite of these speed.bumps to.life.

This is far beyond my experience/comprehension, I don't know what to say.

I grew up in a time when families were all about nurturing the children to be the best that they could be.
