Yes it makes sense to me as it is quite easy to plant a bomb in the instrument.
BS.They ban all instruments. They seized coloring books and crayons too. The people of Gaza are not allowed out of Gaza so there is zero probability of harm to Israelis if the Gazans have musical instruments.

The point I was making is that because Israel is under attack right now, it has a right to protect their citizens which means banning certain items that may deem a threat.
