Yes it makes sense to me as it is quite easy to plant a bomb in the instrument.
BS.They ban all instruments. They seized coloring books and crayons too. The people of Gaza are not allowed out of Gaza so there is zero probability of harm to Israelis if the Gazans have musical instruments.
Well, just recently a Palestinian teen went on a stabbing attack on an Israeli border guard. He was shot down by Israeli guard before anybody else was attacked. CNN mentioned it yesterday.
And you will note that that had nothing to do with musical instruments or any imagined bomb inside.
The point I was making is that because Israel is under attack right now, it has a right to protect their citizens which means banning certain items that may deem a threat.
Do you have documented precedent for bombs being smuggled inside musical instruments or are you just supporting a police state merely to be on the safe side? When this sort of mentality comes to the USA proper for domestic application are you going to go along with it because of police state justifications or are you going to question the state?
