We need new laws in place requiring severe penalties for any action by any public employee, or servant, which violates the highest law of the land ( The Constitution of the United States ). After the laws are in place every last person in the USA, or abroad, who has attended, or worked at, any university should - as a condition of employment by the government in any capacity - be made to sign that they understand they will suffer severe punishment under the law if they choose to ignore the Constitution

The only trouble with this is that one must ENFORCE the constitution actively. This is the only way to get them to comply.
For instance, if someone puts something out in the trash, it is no longer PRIVATE PROPERTY. Anyone can take it away. If you are arrested for picking something from the dumpster or out at the curb as trash, YOU MUST SUE THEM IN COURT FOR A 4TH AMENDMENT VIOLATION.
If the police were running an investigation on someone that lived at a certain address, and they saw them put something in the trash, they would go get it and pick thru it looking for evidence. ;)
