Yep -- all these "best" cities are in mortal danger as soon as black flight or a wave of 3rd-world savages finds them. The whole country lives dy to day on the brink of total disaster. An odd listing, clearly yankee-favoring and oblivious to the red vs blue socio-political climate of a particular place. Lemme tell ya, I'd never be happy living anywhere in Taxachusetts even if they bring you a whiskey sour every afternoon at 4 there! No offense to any 4umists living there, but I've done the Northeast and never been back once after 23 years out and counting.
