The following are letters from a young Army recruit, which I recently shared with Cyni. He suggested I share with all here.

On September 27, 2015, my young friend wrote:

Thank you for your note. I appreciate your news update. You’re correct in your assumption that I receive no news here.

I have begun to get the feel of Army life and some things that were shrouded have become clear to me. I can honestly tell you that the Army is as true blue and anti-Communist as it ever was. The sergeant who taught the class on Army history and heritage is against everything this anti-American, closeted-Communist administration stands for.

The chaplains here don’t mince words or hide the truth either. Today at service, my chaplain honestly and unapologetically spoke truth about the relationship between Jesus and the Jews. I wish I could tell you all the things I have seen and heard here that give me faith that not every part of America has fallen to the enemies of freedom and liberty.

The one thing that stays with me, that I learned on my first day here, is that if the American flag is to ever fall, it will fall on top of my fallen body. It is my duty to defend and believe in everything America is, was, and can be again.

I look forward to whatever news you may send me.

...

On Sunday, Oct. 11, 2015, he wrote

Every day I am here I learn more and more about what it truly means to be an American. Never in my life have I been around so many people who love America above all else and hold those Americans who do not in disdain.

Chaplain Smith spoke again today. I don’t think I have ever heard a chaplain or pastor or priest speak as bluntly and plainly as Chaplain Smith. Today he spoke on the war that goes on between the Kingdom of God and the Kingdoms of the World. He spoke about the “isms” that this world and its Kingdoms serve, consumerism, materialism, and narcissism.

Truly, to follow the Kingdom of God is to follow a King who stands against everything that makes this world a world of sin and “nice”. To know that the world represents dishonesty, lust, weakness, and evil, makes me proud to say that I follow a King who stands for truth, love, mercy, and justice.

When I came here I did not expect to be blessed with such a politically incorrect chaplain. With the way that our country is headed, I almost expected to be greeted by a political officer. Instead of a sheep teaching me to be like all the other sheep, I have sheep dogs who are teaching me how to put myself in between the sheep and the wolves.

Not going to college was the best decision I ever made. If I had gone to college I would be sitting in a classroom being taught fear and weakness by some bitter American-hating leftist. To be a soldier is to be in one of the most important professions any country has. It is my job to stand before the American people as an ever watchful sentinel and to be a comfort to those who look to me for protection.

I will also be a constant menace and terror to those who would stand against the ideals that I protect, whoever they may be. I am fortunate to have a chaplain who is more lion than lamb.

In the profession I have chosen for myself, a sheep mentality gets men killed. Here there is no room for the coddling and weakness that has dumbed down and stripped the strength from the American people. I am an American soldier, and not all the communists in hell can overrun me.

I hope to hear from you soon.

...

Then, on Oct. 23, 2015, my friend wrote ...

Its always nice to get letters from new people, especially unexpected people. I appreciate the words of encouragement. I don’t get many from my drill sergeants.

As from my words and grasp of things bigger than myself, I believe I owe you a good deal of thanks. If it were not for our mutual friend Don, I would have never had my eyes opened to what is now so blatantly obvious. Don told me that you were one of the driving causes behind his eyes being opened.

I get some news here whenever Don sends an article or two, so I am never too far out of the loop. What I do get sent, though, truly does make me believe Don is right when he suggests that America is being judged.

I’ll wrap this up so I can get it in the mail. I look forward to hearing from you again.

...

In the most recent, written on Nov. 6, 2015, my young friend writes ...

I got your letter today. As I said before, my sergeants are one of the last unfiltered sources of pure American spirit.

I have long been aware of the dark and evil machinations of the Zionists in the great game all those with power play. Why else would we still send America’s sons and daughters to fight and die under impossible restrictions in a country that Alexander the Great and the Soviets couldn’t hold?

As for our news sources, ha! To believe anything that the propaganda ministers and their mouthpieces put out is pure foolishness. The word says “the truth will set you free”. Sometimes I let myself believe that they want the truth, they being the American people, but I know in my heart that many more could never throw off the yoke of lies, misinformation, and false security.

Those who play the game have been moving serious pieces lately. An entire administration of subterfuge and tricks. As I stated before, I learned quite a few things here, but one thing has me worried more than the rest. The elaboration the sergeants put on domestic enemies and threats from the inside tells me that the Army may very well be expecting a revolution. One thing is for certain, though; somebody with power is expecting resistance.

Before I left for “Basic”, I watched the State of the Union address. A greater deception has never been played. Know this though … as much as there are those who would gladly turn on Americans, the Army as a whole is still loyal to the flay, not the puppet or his masters.

I look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Poster Comment:

No doubt most will understand why I had encouraged this young man to give consideration to entering college instead of joining the military. He obviously did NOT take my suggestion. I, of course, respect his decision and realize it was not a "jerk" reaction, but an honest commitment. You will note that I have not included names, either to whom or from who. I long ago was warned NOT to include names, etc. Therefore, and for good reason, I defer to that recommendation.

"loyal to the flay" -- I wonder what that's supposed to mean? And I wonder whether a young Army recruit is really well enough informed to be qualified to judge the US Army's loyalties.

Notwithstanding this youngster's interesting experiences, I suspect that the US Army as a whole is still rather beholden to the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Thanks for sharing the wonderful, and encouraging, correspondence from a great young man whose head is screwed on properly.

Could he have meant fray?

Thanks for posting.

An illustration to confirm what this young man has discerned on his own.

Sixty five years ago we were fighting Chinese in Korea but we were on call to A-bomb Russia.

It became clear that someone on the sidelines was instigating the war, just as we have now. Who in the background is pulling the strings on both sides?

No doubt he's loyal to the flay too = what American napalm does to a body.

Good one. Here in South Carolina we remember how in February 1865 the US Army came and with fire liberated the hell out of us. They were certainly loyal to the flay on that day.

To those who had a problem figuring out what was meant by "flay", rest assured it wasn't in the original letter, which I just checked. The young man wrote "flag" and I typed "flay". Therefore, I have to take the blame for the typing error.

As for how well-informed he is, or is not, my personal experiences with him assures me is much better informed than the biggest percentage of those his age. Of further interest is the fact his opinions are not supported by his family. They pray that God will show him the truth of His relationship to the joos, that is, they are His chosen people. My friend, Don, has been his support and, hence, the reason I know the young man.

Thanks, it's rather pitiful that no one guessed flag in the context of his letter.

Flag. Yes. That makes sense now.

It seems a little incongruous to me that someone as well informed as he is on the jewish issue would enlist in the US Army in the first place. Does he not realize that all of the unnecessary, immoral, and unconstitutional wars that the US has fought in last many years have been fought at the behest of and for the benefit of jews?

I thought more would understand the fiber of the man from his writing. I don't have the time to try to explain it here.

I guess history is not important anymore, but so many answers can be found there that to not know them will only be fodder for repeating the previous mistakes of that history.

Typo. He meant "flag".

There is a saying, but I forget who said it. "Those who fail to know history are doomed to repeat it."

How can you conclude from anything that I have posted here that history is not important to me? Much less from my noting the incongruity of being well- informed on the jewish issue and then enlisting in the Armed forces of the US to kill all the jews' enemies half a world away from home?

Who didn't guess it? SG and I were just having a little fun with a typo that could pass for a Freudian slip on a good day.

I thought more would understand the fiber of the man from his writing.

More or MOST?

Most would have been better assessment as it would have taken into account, the minority of posters here that fall into the category of intellectually challenged (stupid), culturally and morally deficient, (void of social skills) and run of the mill mental midgets.

Who are they? They are known by their postings on this thread, as always devoid of any worthwhile content.

The young man rises far higher in stature than the big mouth, no brains posters, that regurgitate their idiocy here endlessly.
