Health See other Health Articles Title: The Truth About "Diseases" Most of you won't want to hear this truth about health and diseases because to be disease free we have to change our lifestyle. If you listen to the whole YouTube video below and dig a little deeper, you'll see that this makes PERFECT COMMON SENSE however. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXx7AX82GK0 It turns out our digestive systems are 98 percent identical to primates who are Frugivores and eat mostly raw fruit and some tender leafy greens and a few nuts which are alkaline forming. We are not omnivores like dogs or pigs like we've been told. A lot of what we've been told by so called natural health "experts" and practitioners -- even some Naturopathic Doctors -- is incorrect as well. Eating dark fibrous greens which are supposedly the most nutrient dense is also not what our bodies are designed to digest, use and eliminate. Cows who are herbivores with 7 stomachs on the other hand, can handle it. Our lifestyle of eating primarily acid forming dead/cooked foods and exposure to poisons IS the underlying cause of ALL so called "disease". It is empowering to know that by changing it so we can at least clean ourselves out and heal, we can achieve robust health even though it involves giving up a lot of what we have become accustomed to during the process. We create all our "diseases" by what we allow inside our bodies including drugs we take to treat them or prevent them. The name of the "disease" the orthodox doctor gives it simply refers to where the damage in the body is the worst. By the same token -- and the good news is -- we can UNCREATE "diseases" by putting healing alkaline forming food and herbs and even by fasting.
