I'd assume wikid's lying a lot here..... but I confess Prouty's jolliness concerns me. He and the interviewers have a great laugh over the fact that the Pentagon had a whole office dedicated to lying coverups.
Prouty was an intelligence agent during WW II. At the end of the war he was at a Navy base on Guam, where all the guns were in storage for an invasion of Japan.
