About the same as allowing that same number of Mexicans into the country. All we would be getting was a bunch of non-English speaking people that put the toilet paper in the waste basket. ;)
Don't get me started on THAT one, I blew a gasket over that bullshit back in 1997 with a mexicon company that shared my office.
We have good pipes here, large ones. While vacationing in Venezuela, they asked us to do the same thing, wipe your ass and then toss it in the waste basket. Pipes are the reasons, they have tiny waste pipes, enough for pee and poop but not enough for toilet paper. Turns out that you can clog the equivalent of an entire block in one single flush over there, prolly the same in Mexico.
