There it is... the RNC picks the nominee regardless of the debates, primaries, delegates, or the rules.
If candidates doesn't meet Reince's approval then they're not going to be the nominee. This clip is edited/censored from the original, at 1:23.
The GOP's audio editing hasn't improved since the Nixon tapes. That redaction is very poorly done.
The full comment attracted my attention as being an admission that the GOP primaries are rigged.

Not exactly. If the RNC doesn't approve of the nominee, the party will not support him. Its happened before with Goldwater in '64 and with the Democrats with McGovern.
