Title: Hilarious Blacksmith Uses Science To Shut Down Insane ‘Fire Can’t Melt Steel’ 9/11 Truthers

Give this man a medal. In just two minutes, blacksmith Trenton Tye of Purgatory Ironworks uses science to hilarious effect to mock 9/11 truthers who insist the 2001 terrorist attacks were a conspiracy. And why are these nutters convinced the whole thing was an inside job? Because fire can’t melt steel (Seriously, read through that entire 9/11 conspiracy theory thread. It is amazing.)

Tye, a professional metalworker based in Georgia, has had enough. He filmed the following video to prove to science-hating 9/11 conspiracy mongers once and for all that structural steel will absolutely lose its structural integrity if it gets too hot:

“So I am taking time out of my busy day to try to put to rest one of the more moronic things I have seen on the Internet lately, and that’s saying something,” Tye tells the camera. “‘Jet fuel only burns at 1,500 degrees and since steel melts at 2,700 degrees, 9/11 was a conspiracy!'”

“What I am upset about is the retarded metallurgical things that you guys are saying. I’m not arguing the facts,” Tye says. “Jet fuel does in fact burn at 1,500 degrees. Some carbon steels will start melting at 2,300 degrees. But if you hold this up as a reason for conspiracy, you are an idiot!”

To prove his point, Tye compared the structural strength of a room-temperature piece of steel to the strength of one that had been heated to 1,800 degrees in his workshop’s furnace.

“It’s very hot, but not melted,” Tye notes by tapping the piece of steel on an anvil.

“Half-inch solid steel. Check it out,” Tye says as he bends the solid steel rod back and forth using only his pinkie finger. “It’s a freakin’ noodle!”

“Your argument is invalid. Get over it!” Tye exclaims as he drops the mic by dropping the glowing steel rod. “Find a job!”

We salute you, Trenton Tye. You are a real American hero. Godspeed.

The usual cast of simpletons over at Liberty's Flame are hailing this ass-clown as an "expert" in building construction and structural design and that this video proves once and for all that the Official Narrative is true.

Not exactly "scientific." Who's to know exactly what the provenance of the "steel" he uses is, other than his word? The metal he used as an example was in a forge and appeared to be white hot (no temp measurement available from Mr. Science).

Plenty of skyscraper fires afterwards, but no catastrophic collapses.

Just sayin'.

You could live three lifetimes in a steel town, Turtle, and you still wouldn't know squat.

I knew when I opened up this stupid video that the first thing I'd hear would be the draft of the forge burner. That's where you get your 1800°F.

When the aircraft hit the WTC, the jet fuel, basically kerosene, was not oxygenated by a draft. Kerosene, at standard atmospheric pressure, burns with an open flame temperature of around 300°C. That's less than 600°F.

600°F doesn't do shit to steel, particularly in the case of the massive heat sinks constituted by the huge interior support columns that held those structures up.

And as has been pointed out time and again, and is still worth repeating, most of the organic liquid fuel consumed in the break up of the aircraft spilled out and was consumed exterior to the WTC buildings in the fireballs seen from numerous camera angles that day.

Question...

Is the fireball the fumes burning or the actual fuel.

Physics tells us that only fumes burn. Liquid fuel does not burn. Flames only occur in a gaseous state, that is in a state where the fuel, originally in a solid, liquid or gaseous state, can mix with oxygen to burn.

I'm not sure where your query is going. Look at the YouTubes of the 911 disasters and you can probably answer that question to your own satisfaction.

Whatever was burning up there was oxygen starved due to the black, smoky (aka cold) fires, unless they had a bunch of old tires stored up there.

I've tried to get metals to soften in really hot camp/bonfires. Never happens.

I guess it should be noted that I'm familiar with gas, MIG, TIG and arc welding as well as oxy/aceteyline, arc and plasma cutting, and am skilled in the use of an oxygen lance, but I'm probably wrong, right?

Not only that, but the NIST report points out that the jet fuel was consumed within the first few minutes. Any fires after that would have been simple office fires fed by furniture, papers, and office equipment.

Certainly nowhere close to the amount of heat necessary to soften steel.

Even IF the entire floor underneath the damaged upper structure simply vanished into thin air, the complete collapse of the UNDAMAGED lower structure was impossible for it have happened without the use of controlled explosives. And even IF the drop of the upper structure by the space of several floors below would have occurred, there is NO possible way for the complete collapse to have occurred in roughly the same amount of time as if there was NOTHING underneath the upper structure at all (ie. it would not have collapsed at free fall speed, nor anywhere CLOSE to it).

No, but pulverized concrete structures do, especially with the help of strategically placed arrays of explosives planted within them.

The "from top to bottom" demolition of the towers obviously created MUCH more dust in the atmosphere than a standard "from the bottom" demolition would.

I don't believe you, because if you worked with steel you'd know that a jet fuel fire would soften the steel so much the building would collapse.

You're right, it could have been some mini-nukes, or even a technology that we're not aware of. To turn those entire buildings, and all their contents into powder (except one pristine passport) is amazing. And for molten steel to be beneath the buildings two months later is mind-boggling. To me, anyway.

Use yer noodle though.

There were some 48 or so massive core columns (in addition to many more exterior columns).

Lookit the cross section. It would take lots more than liquid fuel than the mere tens of thousands of gallons burning in an oxygen starved environment for a short time to heat so much steel to 600 degrees, which BTW is a doubtful upper limit to the temp that the burning fuel might have attained.

Jet Fuel

How much jet fuel was in the Twin Towers?

BUSH EXPOSES 9/11 TRUTH – Bush Admits to Explosives Used at The World Trade Center on 9/11

BUSH EXPOSES 9/11 TRUTH – Bush Admits to Explosives Used at The World Trade Center on 9/11

September 11th Revisited is perhaps the most riveting film ever made about the destruction of the World Trade Center. This is a powerful documentary which features eyewitness accounts and archived news footage that was shot on September 11, 2001 but never replayed on television. Featuring interviews with eyewitnesses & firefighters, along with expert analysis by Professor Steven E. Jones, Professor David Ray Griffin, MIT Engineer Jeffrey King, and Professor James H. Fetzer.

This film provides stunning evidence that explosives were used in the complete demolition of the WTC Twin Towers and WTC Building 7 World Trade Center controlled demolition theories contend that the collapse of the World Trade Center was not solely caused by the airliner crash damage that occurred as part of the September 11, 2001 attacks, and the resulting fire damage, but by explosives installed in the buildings in advance.[1] Controlled demolition theories make up a major component of 9/11 conspiracy theories. Early advocates such as physicist Steven E. Jones, architect Richard Gage, software engineer Jim Hoffman, and theologian David Ray Griffin, argued that the aircraft impacts and resulting fires could not have weakened the buildings sufficiently to initiate a catastrophic collapse, and that the buildings would not have collapsed completely, nor at the speeds that they did, without additional energy involved to weaken their structures 9/11 Truth movement are conspiracy theorists who dispute the mainstream account of the September 11 attacks of 2001. The “truthers”, as they are, sometimes pejoratively,[1][2] called, dispute the commonly accepted account that Al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked four airliners, crashed them into the Pentagon and New York’s Twin Towers, whereupon the crashes led to the collapse of the Twin Towers. “Truthers” primarily focus on what they claim are significant inconsistencies in that explanation, suggesting at the least a cover-up and, at least, complicity by insiders.

Bush’s speech on 9/15/06 at the White House Rose Garden:
For example, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed described the design of planned attacks of buildings inside the U.S. and how operatives were directed to carry them out. That is valuable information for those of us who have the responsibility to protect the American people.” bush speech press information responsibility u.s. “united states” usa america 2015 2016 2001 history historic truth agenda “middle east” war battle ww3 humanity fire skyscraper nyc ny “new york” “new york city” lies design operation intelligence “american dream” explosion drama actor actors news media entertainment viral video proof facts “elite nwo agenda” chaos control power troops army “u.s. army” search survival trendy trending daboo77 max keiser alex jones infowars we are change anonymous lindsey williams no planes 9/11 putin russia montagraph im your ghost g4t louis farrakhan end game collapse usd gold silver bilderberg 2015

See and hear it for yourself straight from the horse’s ass, oops . . . I mean mouth, at the white house. After Obama took office this footage was wiped from the White House website. This is the only known existing record recovered from our own archive. In the video Bush says this, “For example, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed described the design of planned attacks of buildings inside the U.S. and how operatives were directed to carry them out. That is valuable information for those of us who have the responsibility to protect the American people. He told us the operatives had been instructed to ensure that the explosives went off at a high — a point that was high enough to prevent people trapped above from escaping.”

It sounds eerily like what happened at the WTC on 9/11. Was he referring that the “terrorists” planted explosives in the towers or that foiled plots had planned to use that tactic? Or was he referring to the WTC? this (9/11) was all planned. This was a government-ordered operation. Bush personally signed the order. 9/11 attacks an “inside job” received one of Saudi Arabia’s most prestigious prizes on Sunday, for “service to Islam”. On September 11, 2001, Baker was at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington DC, for the annual investor conference of the Carlyle Group. Also present with Baker was Carlucci, “representatives of the bin Laden family,” and George H. W. Bush.[19] Carlyle had been doing business with the bin Laden family since the early 1990s. He's a FUKN idiot.

With that rational his anvil should melt when he lays red hot steel against it.

It takes substantially MORE heat over a LONGER period of time to weaken steel beams of the size in WTC.

In More than 1 area of the beams the steel in the beams are Thicker than the Widest Point on the top of his anvil.

I doubt there was enough heat to warm the beams all the way through.

Interesting on how he takes the rod out and hit it straight on against the anvil before he proceeds to bend it.

If his theory is accurate, then only the tops of the buildings would have fallen leaving the rest of the structures standing up and for his theory to be accurate, a massive pinky would be needed to bend it the way he makes it out to bend under massive heat. For his theory to work, the fire would have been so massive, which it wasn't to affect an entire floor or 2, heated equally or almost at high temperature. He doesn't take into account the massive amount of asbestos that would have helped reduce the amount of heat directed toward the reinforced rods holding up the building.

Now, if the author was to make a square of highly heated rods placed exactly as the towers were built and apply a slab of concrete on top to prove his point, he might be credible.

Beyond that, just another joe plumber, no credibility and simple minded one track mind.

Some people work hard at being offended
