Bush did it. He just "happened" to be in Florida, far away, had secret button in his pocket, pushed it and blam. I have always wondered as to the high level thinking, when Bush went to Louisiana then to Omaha. What was the rationale?
Little Boys must be kept safe. Omaha, Nebraska ... home to BOYS TOWN - or maybe they just wanted to keep the idiot's mouth closed ?
Never been able to fathom thinking of SS people and those surrounding Bush. Their actions seem to have been as if no one was in charge, no one knew what to do. Confusion does not describe it totally. In Washington and Colorado, no one seemed to be in charge, no one made any decisions, that is not the way such people at high levels are supposed to perform. Was it a "plan" to do nothing, of course not. It was just the government bumbling along.
