You need to show remorse to avoid being prosecuted. You could go the Jesus freak card. Say, 'I prayed to Jesus to tell me what to do.' Don't say God told me to kill the bastard. Just say, 'God guided my hand and pulled the trigger.'

You've got a point. Their cries of "dear God in heaven, dear God in heaven" etc. prolly and guilt over the shooting but fear over the communist consequences in this "freest country in the world", this bodacious "shining city on a hill", this stinking sewer of raw Jue power.
