The Obama administration is carrying out an assertive foreign policy, which among other things forced Russia to launch a counterterrorism campaign in Syria, but Republican presidential hopefuls will most likely opt for a more aggressive one, Vietnam War combat veteran Gordon Duff asserted.

"There is no question that Russia has been pushed into drawing a line in Syria against American aggression," he wrote for New Eastern Outlook.

Russian Strategic Moves in East Asia Leave US Policymakers in a Panic Duff maintains that the majority of Americans do not approve of the "insane" foreign policy decisions made by the White House and would like their leaders to refrain from costly military engagements overseas.

The Republicans also do not share Obama's foreign policy style, but they think that the US president is not doing "enough killing and certainly not in enough places," Duff added.

What is worrying is that Obama's "frightening policies," according to the analyst, represent the "moderate" point of view while Republican candidates would wish to send American forces across Africa and the Middle East, as well as spread "American hegemony in the Far East."

Current trends in America's foreign policy indicate that history could repeat itself, Duff asserted. George W. Bush's brother Jeb is running for president. Other presidential candidates, including Donald Trump, are also "looking for a world war," Duff claimed.

They all, according to the analyst, have one thing in common – they want to spark a "war with Russia [and establish] a worldwide police state with universal surveillance."

Gung Go: US Reckless Actions Jeopardize Situation in Syria Obama was elected on a promise to end wars, not to start new ones but during his presidency insurgencies across the Middle East, known as the Arab Spring, ended in a "political disaster." The White House has also sparked a new Cold War with Russia, Duff added.

"Thus we have Obama and Kerry one moment spouting the most obvious and clumsy lies and following genocidal policies, particularly toward Iran, Syria, Russia and China while only a short time later coming to the bargaining table with competent and rational initiatives. This is pure schizophrenia," the analyst asserted, offering the Iran nuclear deal as an example of a positive initiative. Share on Google+

comments jas... I don't trust Duff anymore. www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGUhCfhf2W0 (Clay Douglas show where Duff and Clay Douglas viciously attack and mock Christianity) www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxMT3J-mmTc (Discussion about Duff claiming 40% of what he puts out there is disinformation or he wouldn't be allowed to live.

Another thing about Duff is that he claims he provides consultant work for anti-Russia forces. He doesn't put it exactly that way, but he essentially confesses to playing both sides, but having his real income depend on playing nice with CIA/Pentagon.

Because it's the only way they can see of getting support for winning election from Israel's Sayanim.
