New China House in Lititz, Pa. was handed 18 violations and ruled out of compliance by the Pennsylvania Game Commission earlier this month for having deer heads and brains on the restaurants premises, among other infractions, according to the states department of agriculture website.
But the restaurant remained open for business on Thursday, despite the game commissions ongoing investigation.
The establishments owner, Chun, said that the deer parts were for soup he was going to make for him and his wife not for customers, according to PennLive.
