War, War, War See other War, War, War Articles Title: Britain and Saudi Arabia: Partners in High Crimes Britain and Saudi Arabia: Partners in High Crimes by Stephen Lendman British Prime Minister David Cameron defended the indefensible on state-owned, operated and controlled BBC - discussing his regime’s policy of selling Saudi Arabia terror weapons. They’re used for regional naked aggression, along with brutal internal repression. More on Britain’s deplorable policy below. An earlier article discussed Cameron’s partnership with Washington and Riyadh. They’re waging terror war on Yemenis, indiscriminately killing civilians, slaughtering them in cold blood, both countries choosing terror-bombing targets - including residential neighborhoods, schools, hospitals, refugee camps, food storage areas, mosques and other nonmilitary sites, committing slow-motion genocide, largely ignored by major media scoundrels. Yemen is Obama’s war. Britain has its own imperial aims, both nations indifferent to unspeakable human suffering, wanting information on their complicity with high crimes suppressed. Cameron lied, claiming Britain’s “relationship Saudi Arabia is important for our own security. They are opponents of Daesh and (their) extremist terrorism.” “In terms of our arms exports…we have some of the most stringent controls anywhere in the world, and I’ll always make sure they’re properly” enforced. Fact: Britain’s longstanding imperial record is deplorable, disdainful of rule of law principles and fundamental human rights globally - increasingly indifferent to the needs of its most vulnerable people, exclusively serving wealth and power interests. Fact: Saudi Arabia is a global menace, using its oil wealth for violence and chaos, supporting Daesh and other terrorist groups, repressing its own people horrifically, tolerating no opposition to its ruthless agenda. Fact: Britain sells terror weapons to some of the world’s most barbaric regimes, Saudi Arabia, other Gulf states, Egypt and Israel among the worst. Cameron turned truth on its head, claiming “(w)e’re trying to do everything we can to make sure that the work done by Saudi Arabia is properly targeted…” Britain partners in all US wars of aggression. Yemen is a made-in-the-USA-orchestrated holocaust - millions at risk from externally generated violence, starvation, lack of vital medical care and overall deprivation. Mass human suffering is some of the severest anywhere, Western media scoundrels almost entirely ignoring it. The world community remains indifferent to an entire population at risk. Cameron, Obama, and rogue Saudi rulers are unindicted war criminals, guilty of some of the world’s most egregious crimes. Cameron’s crude attempt at justifying the unjustifiable rang hollow.
