Well, after over 100 years of being butt-raped the dead body is lying lifeless and I guess they've determined that it's too cold to screw anymore and not worth the effort.

The central banks cannot cure deflation. Roosevelt was not able to get us out of the deflationary Great Depression--only WWII did that.
