NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — The stepsister of Anne Frank is not a fan of Donald Trump. In an op-ed for Newsweek to commemorate International Holocaust Remembrance Day, 86-year-old Eva Schloss compared the Republican presidential hopeful to Adolf Hitler. “If Donald Trump becomes the next president of the U.S. it would be a complete disaster. I think he is acting like another Hitler by inciting racism,” she said. Trump has come under fire for his plan to ban Muslims from entering the U.S. Schloss, who is the co-founder of the Anne Frank Trust UK, compared what Jewish refugees went through during the Holocaust to what’s happening with Syrian refugees today. “The situation today is worse than it was under Hitler because at that time all the Allies — the U.S., Russia and Britain — worked together to combat the terrible threat of Nazism. If we don’t work together, the world will never be able to resolve the threats it faces today,” she said in the Newsweek op-ed. A recent CBS News/New York Times poll revealed Trump continues to lead his GOP opponents nationally among Republican primary voters. The billionaire received 36 percent of support, while his closest competitor, U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), garnered 19 percent. Trump is skipping out on Thursday’s GOP presidential debate on Fox News despite the Iowa caucus being right around the corner. Poster Comment: Eva Schloss/et al and their eternal whine:

Lets look at another "comparison" between Germany in 1932 and the United States now.... In 1932, jews had Germany by the throat determined to force communism down the throats of the people. There was mass unemployment, jews were in charge or owned everything. Had they won control instead of Hitler, the Germans would have been taken off to the gulogs.
Just what does this woman think she knows about all of this? Anne Frank died of Typhus, which is carried by fleas. Germany asked the U.S., before the war broke out, to sell them DDT to kill the fleas which carried Typhus. The U.S. refused. I went to the anne frank house in Amsterdam this summer, but I refused to pay the nine euros to go inside. :-) LOL the line was unbelievable. there were many more people at the anne frank house than there were at Auschwitz.
