That chicken chile sounds really good, spicy but good. I'm starving right now I would like to eat some of that! It was great, and will be even better tomorrow after it has had the night to heat up some more. My wife has to walk a thin line when making food like this for the both of us...I love it flaming hot, but then she can't eat it. She pushes it right to the threshold of her pain level; then we can both enjoy it.
