Obama Insults Israel by Enforcing 1995 Law that’s Been Ignored for Years Once again, Obama shows how small he really is on the Big Stage.
He’s a petty, small, weak man.
When The United States needs leadership on the world stage, Obama acts like a winy, wimpy 3rd grader.
Here’s his latest little “insult” he backhanded against Israel:
Once again, 44 has done something to incite Israel. If I didn’t know better, I would think he was trying to start a war with them!
Obama’s administration issued a reminder that “It is not acceptable to mark the aforementioned goods [those made in the West Bank or Gaza] with the words “Israel,” “Made in Israel,” “Occupied Territories-Israel,” of any variation thereof,” via the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
This issue was recently brought to light due to some problems reported by Shiloh Winery, via Forward.com. While these wines are currently labeled, “Made in Israel,” that will now have to change.
Winery owner Amichai Lourie stated, “For many people, when you buy wine from Shiloh Winery, you are buying from the heart of Israel. The reason why I say ‘Made in Israel’ is because it is made in Israel. That is it.”
Now, this law has been on the books since 1995, but has been overlooked and unenforced for quite some time. Originally put in place to help boost Palestine’s economy, it seems an odd time to revisit the regulation and push it back to the forefront.
It is no secret Israel’s Prime Minister is very unhappy with Obama right now. His unhappiness is rooted in the recent agreement that lifted sanctions on Iran and dropping $1.7 billion into the county’s bank account.
So, is this Obama flexing his muscle in what some perceive to be a boycott of Israel?
Obama knows a full out boycott, or even the mention of a boycott of Israel would result in outrage.
Without a doubt, Obama has weakened the United States standing around the world.
Will we be able to repair the damage this wimp has caused?
