It has become clear since 2013 that the US along with the Barzani Kurds in Erbil have been working directly with ISIS, selling oil, derailing military operations by the Iraqi Army and Shiite militias. America’s “double game” in Iraq is fully exposed and America has to answer for what it has done in Iraq, not just in 2003 but beginning in 1991. When we look at the core of ISIS leadership, we look specifically to those groups General Petraeus turned to during the “Sunni Awakening.” This American move against Iran, a last ditch attempt by Bush and company to start a war with Iran combining a false flag attack in the Persian Gulf with a temporary stabilization of Iraq through empowering Sunni terrorists, was not successful then. It is successful now, or at least it was until Russia stepped in.
