There is a long-standing rule in American Presidential politics that supports the idea that a non-Mason President must be followed by a Masonic one. Barack Obama is not a Mason so his successor must be a Mason. Someone like Jeb Bush, himself not a Mason, does qualify as one for he comes from a prominent Skull and Bones family--His father and brother were 'bonesmen'.
