I was a day late and a dollar short in terms of my timing in weighing in on the death of Supreme Court Justice Scalia. On the first day following his death, I just did not feel that there was enough evidence to fall in line with many others who were calling this a murder as opposed to death of natural causes. At least that is how I felt until I discovered that Scalia did not have an autopsy and his body was cremated. At the end of the day, I will not be a day late on the motive behind the murder of a Supreme Court Justice. Once the facts supporting that there should have been a murder investigation complete with a full autopsy, I immediately knew the motive because I had extensively written about this over several years ago. A senior government official, a Supreme Court Justice, is dead. And how is it being treated? The body and subsequent investigation into the death of Justice Scalia has been handled with all the professionalism of putting a rabid dog to sleep. Despite being found by John Poindexter, dead on his bed, with a pillow over his head, there will no investigation. Under these circumstances, how could an autopsy not be performed on a senior government official? And to add insult to injury, Scalia’s body was moved to Sunset Funeral Homes and was promptly cremated. But the body was not cremated until Judge Guevara determined that Scalia died of heart attack. Did I say Judge Guevara, or Dr. Guevera. And Guevera, a judge, determined that Scalia died as a result of a heart attack, with an autopsy, and a doctor present, or an RN in attendance…… Originally, Scalia did meet up with his would-be hunting companions. When found by Poindexter, Scalia was still in his daytime clothes from the night before. Shouldn’t Supreme Court Justices have bodyguards? One of the most amazing facts surrounding this “mystery death” is that Scalia’s body was cremated before an autopsy could be performed. Cremated? Wasn’t Scalia a Catholic? The last time I heard, Catholics do not sanction cremations. Oh yes, you can be cremated if you are Catholic, but it is extremely frowned upon. The regulations against cremation is one of the strongest within the Catholic Church, even if the prohibitions are left over biases from the past..However, criminals with something to hide frequently burn the body after the commission of a crime. This fact, alone, should have triggered a major murder investigation. Where is Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, when she is needed the most? Did Obama send flowers to the widow yet? Charred bodies yield no autopsy clues. Scalia was the Supreme Court’s staunchest opponent to the progressive agenda. He demolished last summer’s gay marriage ruling in a scathing 9-page scathing report authored by Scalia. With Scalia out of the way, limits on free speech will be restored; “the Supreme Court will render the Second Amendment meaningless by reinterpreting the right to bear arms as a non-personal right; freedom of religion will be made subservient to same-sex marriage and abortion priorities; the death penalty will be ruled unconstitutional; unions will be allowed to continue confiscating the dollars of people who disagree with them politically.” However, these are not the reasons that Scalia was murdered. Like it or not, I completely agree with Michael Savage that Scalia was likely murdered. “We had a razor-thin savior of the conservative, or, shall I say traditional, ways in America, Antonin Scalia, who was found dead under suspicious circumstances,” he said. “And now this character in the White House who nobody with a rational mind should trust is trying to railroad Loretta Lynch down our throats … as his number one choice. Can you believe this?” Obama was put into office for one reason and one reason only. He was put into office to end capitalism, private property ownership and the individual’s right to self-determination. This is all accomplished through Agenda 21 and ultimately what Patrick Wood calls technocracy. Technocracy is the take over of all energy use, thus, ultimately, all finance, through programs such as capping CO2 emission, Cap and Trade, etc. Carbon credits, under this system is destined to become the new currency. When Obama was first elected, he attempted to introduce legislation into the Senate which would have reduced energy output for the United States by 80%. Even the then liberal Senate promptly rejected his proposal. That defeat set Obama into another strategy of implementation, it would have to happen piecemeal and some of the change would have to be implemented at the local level (eg California’s Cap and Trade program). However, the change for this President’s ego did not come fast enough because we are in the final year of Obama’s presidency and he has not completed his main task and HIS ENTIRE CLIMATE CHANGE INITIATIVE WAS REJECTED BY THE CONSERVATIVE MEMBERS OF THE SUPREME COURT BY A 5-4 DEFEAT!!! Scalia was the main opponent. This defeat of Obama’s entire climate change initiative should not be overlooked as it puts the United States in direct collision course with the United Nations’ recent COP 21 agreements in Paris, which was blocked in a 5-4 vote by the Supreme Court, only last week. Again, Justice Scalia was the main opponent. This fact alone should have provided the impetus to conduct an INDEPENDENT autopsy on Scalia’s body. But as they say in the infomercials, there’s more…. Following the Gulf oil explosion in 2010, I wrote a seven part series entitled The Great Gulf Coast Holocaust. It was in that series that I discovered the unmistakable reason that Obama was made president. Obama (when he was still a still a State Senator in Illinois), Valerie Jarrett and Al Gore headed a group known as the Joyce Foundation. The Joyce Foundation was designed to promote acceptance for carbon trading schemes which could be linked back to George Soros and Al Gore. The intent, as I have previously mentioned was to gain control over the entire economy. The Joyce Foundation eventually set up the Chicago Climate Exchange which was nation’s first bona fide carbon trading company. When Obama’s original carbon trading scheme was rejected in the Senate in 2009, the organization collapsed financially. But Obama’s dream of technocracy did not die with it. The Joyce Foundation was also instrumental in bringing together NALCO, Goldman Sachs and the EPA in allowing the oil dispersant, Corexit, to be used in the Gulf even though, for health reasons, it had been banned by virtually the entire G20 nations. The conspiracy trail is mighty when it comes to Obama and his pre-presidential years and his complicity into the climate change issue. It was when Obama first became involved in the Joyce Foundation that George Soros, David Rockefeller and company backed this relative unknown for President. By the way, the late Bob Chapman and I both covered how Obama benefited from the use of Corexit through his Vanguard Investment funds (I and II). The link to this claim is listed above. After I read volumes of material on the Joyce Foundation, it was easy to conclude that Obama was chosen to be President because he would virtually hand over the entire economy to a few wealthy bankers under the guise of climate change. The historical parallel matches why the banksters in 1912 backed Woodrow Wilson for President. The following year, the nation’s banking system was handed over the Rockefellers and their merry gang of banksters and the rest is history. Scalia was the major impediment to Obama completing his legacy of ushering in technocracy. This, alone, is motive for murder. And when an autopsy is not conducted on a Supreme Court Justice, and then his “Catholic” body his cremated, we should all be more than suspicious.

(2 images) Scalia's family seems very shady. his establishment lawyer son was interviewed and said he was angry about the 'conspiracy theories' that soil his fathers legacy. the bottom line is that if the guys own family doesn't even care to investigate why should anyone else? don't get me wrong, I realize there are repercussions to the usa even if his family is gutless/clueless. I find it very odd that Scalia was cremated, this is the first i'd heard of this. indeed the church does now allow cremation, but as the article said, i'd personally be shocked at any Catholic family who cremated their loved one. in my opinion, only a very modernist or completely clueless family, not adhering to traditional Catholic values at all, would even ever consider for one moment to cremate their loved one. This does not fall in line with the image we are given of Scalia. you would think that at least ONE of his nine children would have the balls or straight thinking to defend their dad or at least speak out against all this., but I guess not. what a shame. I wasn't referring so much to solely the cremation issue, but rather the whole issue at large regarding scalia- the shadiness, justice of the peace over the phone, sheriff with no medical credo declaring him dead, being wisked off in a van for five hours, etc etc. not a word, that ive seen at least, from anyone in the family protesting or even commenting on this, while the whole country goes wild over it. the only comment is scorn and criticism for 'conspiracy theorizing' from Scalia's prissy lawyer son. what an F'd up end to a life,. but then again, scalia did quote the Talmud in at least one of his supreme court rulings... just sayin'. I also know that there can be wide divergence among surviving family members beliefs, even if the patriarch was conservative and/ traditional. it looks like the weaker Scalia's won. I have no idea about her health or family history, so who knows? I can accurately predict "maybe more, maybe less" :P I don't see her being nominated to the high court by Lil' Barry in any case. How long will Loretta Lynch be when she vacates her USSC seat?

Your link doesn't work for me. From what I heard the justice of th e peace who covers that area is also the coroner and she came out & said that she would have ordered an autopsy. She was away on a work related event that day, so some woman named Cinderella was filling in. The sheriff called Cinderella and the two of them declared him dead and wisked him away. Several , many doctors, nurses & lawyers have been going ape shit over all this ever since, declaring that Texas law requires an autopsy if a death is unattended. I haven't followed the story too closely but those are the. Basics. He could've died naturally as you believe, but the "pillow over the head" as quoted by Poindexter is almost comical. And like I said if his own family doesn't buy into a conspiracy then it really doesn't matter.

OK: name who killed him? One person? Two people?? How did he/she/they get to that part of Texas? How did they find the judge in his sleeping quarters?? Remember, there's several places to stay spread out all over the ranch (30,000 acres, lodging miles apart). Who saw anything out of the ordinary?? I'll answer: NOBODY SAW ANYTHING. The old judge expired, he was wore out. His death was handled par for a remote location in West Texas on a ranch. Under what circumstances should the judge have died to satisfy you that he wasn't murdered??? "Antonin Scalia suffered from coronary artery disease, obesity and diabetes, among other ailments that probably contributed to the justice’s sudden death, according to a letter from the Supreme Court’s doctor." More: "Next to his bed was a “breathing apparatus,” the sheriff said, with the hose for the machine resting on the edge of the bed. It was not clear why Scalia needed the machine, but he had a series of health ailments that included sleep apnea. Scalia had more than a half-dozen illnesses and complications, according to a letter from Rear Adm. Brian P. Monahan, the attending physician for members of Congress and the Supreme Court, to Guevara, who determined that the jurist died of natural causes. Scalia’s ailments included coronary artery disease, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and obesity." More, again: the judges body was not "whisked away", it wasn't until midnight Saturday that the funeral home hearse pulled out of the ranch, over 12 hours after his body was discovered.

I agree. Say what we will about Barry, he's a community organizer survivor street fighter. He wants to put the Stupid Party in an embarrassing lose-lose position so they and their supporters second guess themselves. Pressing Loretta Lynch for SC would validate McConnell's line in the sand. Instead Obama is reportedly vetting Nevada GOP Governor Sandoval, a "moderate" Republican for SC nomination. I fear mumbler McConnell will go weak at the knees at the thought of barring a RINO from the SC. I hope the mumbler won't throw in a white flag. I don't see her being nominated to the high court by Lil' Barry in any case.

Trump immediately said that the circumstances of scalia's death were very shady, and i agree with him. I understand you don't believe there is a conspiracy and that's fine. I don't care who believes in what. I am not invested in some dark conspiracy about this guy. however, many people are following all the details/minutia of this very meticulously. a lot of it's been reported on WRH. There are many facts other than the updated corporate media version. facts that were reported early on. scalia was actually not taken in the hearse. he was taken in an unmarked van for five hours. this is admitted. the guy who invited scalia to the ranch 'free of charge' for that weekend was the owner poindexter, a Clinton operative. if he was killed, who killed him? who knows? why did poindexter, the one who found him, report that "there was a pillow over his head!"? LOL! they also say if he died of a heart attack why didn't he thrash around as is typical in such a case. the first reports said that scalia was in good health, then a week or so later they start listing all these ailments. even if he was old, fat and sickly, it would be easy to snipe the guy,/ the consensus among those who believe it was a hit is that some NWO henchman put a pillow over his head and smothered him., then they announced it to the world about the pillow over his head, to boast about it as a warning to others that they can get away with it. the jew media is scoffing at those who say it was a hit, while even Donald trump says it was shady. )along with Michael savage, mike rivero, alex jones, etc., and many others.) many people, lawyers, doctors, nurses in texas have since come out publicly and pointed out that an autopsy is required under texas law if the death was unattended. yet they did not do one. these people say that was a violation of tx law. this Cinderella character, the fll-in justice of the peace that day, has a very shady past that's been revealed. why are you ignoring that point? the Hispanic surname sheriff was called by Cinderella (wtf kind of name is that anyway?) and he gave the ok over the phone not to do an autopsy. but like I said, if his own family doesn't care to look into it, then why should anyone else give a shit?

I know it's surprising to you, but life is different in the remote parts of Texas. They deal with death differently, and more naturally than do people who live in the warm cocoon of a nanny-state with constant monitors for every life- ending event. You won't understand this at all. Nobody whisked the body away in a van, that's an unfounded RUMOR started by people peddling gold/DVD's/whatever on the internet and grasping for their 15-minutes of fame. http://www.cibolocreekranch.com/ Call the ranch and do an investigative report if you feel that he was murdered. Better yet, go out there for a week and have a great time in West Texas, I know that I'd like to go there and get away from it all for a few days!! P.S. You honestly cannot claim that some shadowy, unnamed "NWO agent" killed the judge without any basic proof of their existence on the ranch or eyewitnesses to verify that.

The scalia conspiracy talk is mostly all coming from the people in texas who themselves are calling this a giant conspiracy to kill scalia, not me. You haven't done your research on the opposition. It's in your state of TX. You should learn your own state's laws regarding autopsies. That's what the all the informed people, from texas, are citing. They aren't Calif Laws, theyre tx laws, which incidentally I know quite a bit about as the texas pigs had to admit in federal court, after they apologized to me for breaking their own laws, and punished the pigs and forced them to undergo retraining to learn about their own TX laws. Now I'm sure some govt worshippers will wring their hands at the term pig'. I got cops on both sides of my family but they know a pig when they see one too. (Catholics don't worship cops & the govt, as many people in TX do.) Also, TX is not all peaches and crème. It's home to many pervert Satanist freemasons who love killing Catholics, such as the bushes. There are many pervs in TX, such as the TX DPS who rape white and black woman regularly. sad, sick stuff. It might surprise you but I know more about TX than you think and my ancestors were there many generations ago, perhaps like yours, (if yours are indeed from TX I don't know,) . on both sides. judges, lawyers, cattle ranchers, newspaper owners. But The Hills branch out and dont necessarily stay on the ranch,. they go where the nice beaches are. :-) Like I said - if the guy was smothered by a pillow and then wisked away in a van for five hours and his own family doesn't care, then it don't matter. Justice Scalia was a Catholic, and the body was cremated which goes dead against all beliefs of Catholicism.
