Fighting will continue otherwise, he stressed. Conflict resolution remains pure fantasy. He expressed skepticism about cessation of hostilities working, citing potential pitfalls - failing to explain whats most important. He wants war, not peace, Syrian sovereignty destroyed, US-controlled puppet governance replacing it, the nation balkanized as part of longstanding imperial plans to redraw the Middle East map, mini-states created for easier control. Russias strategic military intervention changed everything, foiling Washingtons regional agenda, a major game-changing achievement, US policymakers at a loss on how to counter it effectively. Putin again proved himself a master geopolitical chess player - outwitting, outfoxing and outmaneuvering Obama, undermining his dirty game, short of ending Washingtons pursuit of unchallenged dominance by brute force. Obama lied, claiming hell do his part, trying to end this terrible conflict (in Syria) with diplomacy - naked aggression he launched, using ISIS and other terrorist groups as imperial foot soldiers, continuing to arm and provide them with other material support. Saying Syrians will never stop fighting until Assad is out of power is willful deception. US-backed imported terrorists are involved. Theres nothing civil about ongoing conflict - one of the biggest Big Lies duplicitously repeated. The vast majority of Syrians support Assad. They want no one else leading them. They want peace, not war, foreign interference in their internal affairs ended, their sovereign independence respected - not as long as regime change remains inflexible US policy. Expect endless conflict to continue despite Russias best efforts to resolve things diplomatically - impossible without a legitimate peace partner. None exists in Washington. A random third-grader, a hospital patient in a coma, a gorilla with learning disabilities......NONE OF THEM could POSSIBLY do a WORSE JOB of being President than Barack Obama. The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable. ~ H. L. Mencken
