Kasich: I'll Quit If I Don't Win Ohio

By Todd Beamon | Saturday, 27 Feb 2016 05:42 PM

Republican presidential candidate John Kasich said Saturday that he will leave the race if he did not win the primary in his home state of Ohio next month. "I will beat Donald Trump in Ohio, and that will be the beginning of a new day," Kasich said in Nashville, The New York Times reports.

"Some of the other candidates, if they can't win their home state, they got to get out, OK?" the Ohio governor continued. "If I don't win my home state, I'll get out.

"But you know what? I'm going to win Ohio," he said.

Kasich's comment was a shot a rival Marco Rubio, who is lagging behind Trump in his home state of Florida by as much as 16 points in recent polls. The Buckeye State holds its primary on March 15.

Quit now, take a long shower, resign as guberner, find an honest way of making a living, you will feel much better and a lot cleaner.

you will feel much better and a lot cleaner.

The only politician I've known over the years to not have this stench on him was Illinois Governor James R. Thompson.

He started out as Federal Prosecutor for the Northern District of Illinois. He cleaned up much of the corruption on Chicago P.D. during his tenure there. He served two terms as Governor and they named the new State of Illinois building in Chicago after him. ;)

He's not a bad governor but his ignorance of foreign policy disqualifies him for president.

ignorance of foreign policy

That is why there are advisers on staff. Not all Presidents were keen on foreign policy, and FDRs ignorance lead us into a world war on two fronts. ;)

Lifetime professional politicians are a cancer on the American public.

One and all have a single common trait, lust for power, hang on at all costs until they are a hundred or the grim reaper hauls them away.

Americans turned down term limits, now it is tooooooo late.

Believe it or not, Kasich resigned from congress to spend more time with his family. Fox news immediately gave him his own show as a payoff for getting his fiscally conservative ass out of the way. The fix is in on this guy.

He might lose NY in the general but to whom could he lose in the primary?

His advisers, then, are the problem.

Anyone still running.

NYC out votes the state and they will never vote Trump.

KIM that only registered Republicans can vote in the primary and there are scarcely any of them in NYC. Many more of them upstate.

Three bus loads of us went from Chicago to Saugeties, NY to work security for Woodstock '94.

First, we had to get NY Security Guard license. So they sent a guy to Chicago to give us a class. I was making wisecracks and the guy shot his mouth off at me. I told him, "If I don't get an "A" on the test, I'll kiss your pitute." I got an "A" on the test. ROTFLOL!

My sister lived in Chicago her whole life, and voted Democrat all the time. She said she could not vote for Obama, so she voted for McCain. I told her, "You still voted for evil. They are BOTH members of Council on Foreign Relations. They are BOTH internationalists." ;)
