This video says that Israel hopes by 2018 to shoot down 40% of the first 10,000 incoming missiles.

Hezbollah could launch missiles from tunnel exits inside Israel to target anti- missile batteries and front line troops. Hezbollah can shut down Israel's electrical power grid for 6 months. They could level Haifa and Tel Aviv. No need for nuclear weapons as they have fuel air explosive warheads and could take out Haifa's petrochemical industry including oil refineries. Israel has a low tolerance for a death rate amongst their civilians and soldiers. By 2018 the US Dollar will collapse and the Mideast will be a new world.
