Shes arguably the most ruthlessly dangerous choice among a despicable array of aspirants, not a legitimate one in the bunch, Clinton worst of all. Shes ideologically over-the-top, rapaciously pro-war, pro-Wall Street, pro-privilege, anti-populist, anti-fundamental democratic rights. Times editors calling her the most broadly and deeply qualified (aspirant) in modern history is unmitigated rubbish, willful lying to their readers. Saying she should stick to the high ground
continue to campaign on who she is and what she can do for middle-class Americans
(shows her) leadership
reflects the best compared to other aspirants is a shocking perversion of the truth. In contrast, Times editors continue bashing Trump without letup, calling him a bombastic liar
hardening the image of the party as a symbol of intolerance and division - mindless of virtually no difference between both branches of Americas money-controlled one-party state, a sham democracy, pre-selected top officials anointed, not elected. Dont ever expect The Times to explain what people need to know, one-sidedly supporting special interests, Americas political process too corrupted to fix. Republicans and media scoundrels like The Times continue going all-out to undermine Trumps seemingly unstoppable campaign to head his partys ticket in November. It may be too late to stop him, but Republican leaders would be derelict not to try, they blustered. A previous article called Trump a duopoly power anomaly. The more hes bashed, the stronger he gets. Washingtons political establishment is frantic to derail his so far unstoppable bid to become Republican party presidential nominee. Everything they try backfires. Times editors continue conducting a virtual jihad to stop him, railing against his candidacy, hurling endless pejoratives at him - a futile effort not denting his popularity. As things now shape up after super Tuesday results, a Trump v. Clinton battle in November awaits. Expect nothing different this time. Dirty business as usual always triumphs. US elections all turn out the same way. Expecting otherwise is living in a dream world. Stephen Lendman lives in Chicago. He can be reached at lendmanstephen@sbcglobal.net.
