I think I'm FINALLY getting through to people... About a year ago I filmed a video for you, explaining how silly jokes like my neighbor's "no trespassing" sign could actually hurt you in court if you ever have to defend yourself. You see, while it may seem funny to put up a silly gun quote at your front door (or even on your car or truck's bumper), ANYTHING you put out there can be used against you in court if you ever have to defend your actions following a shooting. "We Don't Dial 911" door signs A t-shirt with "Gun Control Means Hitting Your Target" A bumper sticker with "How Do I Feel About Gun Control? Break Into My House And Find Out!" Anything you post, wear, or stick on your car or truck that has these kind of sayings can make you seem like a "gun nut" in front of a jury deciding on your fate after you've shot someone. Even if it's in self-defense, the prosecutor will show your shirt, signs and bumper stickers to the courtroom and say that you, "were just WAITING for someone you could shoot". Don't think it could happen? Then you're kidding yourself... and potentially putting your life on the line where you could end up behind bars for the rest of your life... never own a gun ever again... and at the very least, but out several thousand dollars in legal expenses trying to prove that "they were all just jokes". It's really not worth it, don't you agree? Thankfully my neighbor does and he's much safer for it. I was taking a nap in a Rest Area in Downstate Illinois and a State Trooper cruised thru. He stopped to read the several stickers I had on the truck. One sticker said, "I'M A LOVER AND A FIGHTER AND A WILD BULL RIDER". LOL

I have never viewed a baseball bat as anything other than lethal force !! LOL especially my metal ones...
Lots of great advice here, though if these half-joking bumper stickers are considered so damning in court, things are way worse than I tho't. Anderson is obviously selling a product but seems entirely on the level and knows you have to scare people more than actually needed sometimes to get their attention. Everything's theater now. Out entire lives must be lived as if before a jury if we're to live as Bill of Rights fans -- not entirely a bad thing. When I was asked to write my mini-bio for the PN site I worded it with the possibility of getting quoted in the SPLC site in mind -- which happened right on schedule, a great honor IMHO :-) Q. What does the sign bordering the Kennedy family compound in Florida say? (An early 90s joke -- you had to be there :-) -------------------------------------------- ("Gerbils will mate for hours" -- wikid :-)
