I want you to try something. I call it the 14 day QuickStart. It's my method of rebooting your brain. To retrain it not to crave overly processed foods.

The goal here is to retrain your tastebuds while simultaneously losing fat and building momentum.

Willpower will only get you through something difficult for about 14 days. After that you need to do something more sustainable so you don’t burn out.

That’s what this 14 day QuickStart will do.

It may seem a little extreme, but remember it’s only 14 days.

The more disciplined you are during these 14 days, the easier everything will be afterwards.

The rules are simple:

-No bread, grains, potatoes, beans. (No white carbs.)

-No fruit.

-Don’t eat sugar in your first Strategic Sugar Window. The sugar windows are 3 hour "cheat times" where you can eat what you want except sugar. This will rewire your taste buds to only crave healthy foods. Feel free to eat pizza or hamburgers. Just stay away from desserts and sweets.

-Consume as many veggies as possible.

-No beer for the first 14 days.

-Eliminate wheat completely.

-Eliminate dairy, except for cheese.

-No Domino Foods. Stay away from foods like chips and cookies that you'll eat a ton of in quick succession.

Your primary foods during this time will be meat, egg, nuts, and vegetables.

Do your best to only eat natural, unprocessed foods. This will help teach your body that overwhelmingly processed foods actually taste bad once you give them up for a little bit.

To your health,

Chris Greggs

Sounds much like what Critical Health News folks are promoting via C2C. Always could try smaller portions.
