Man Frustrated With People Having Sex Outside His Home Has Started Filming Them

Inside Edition

March 30, 2016

One California citizen is so fed up with what's going on at the park outside his Sacramento home, he's set up an arsenal of surveillance cameras all the way up a light pole to record the activities.

Marty, the neighborhood watchman said: “I have seen and recorded 50 some sex events.”

One couple was getting frisky out in the open for any passerby to see. Afterwards they adjust their clothing, and then took off.

Another couple cuddled and then got behind the wheel and drove away.

For other lovebirds, as things got steamy, Marty actually confronted them.

“I’m just a guy protecting my neighborhood and my family,” he told IE.

Marty, who asked us not to use his full name, is a concrete salesman. He says when he moved into the neighborhood, he loved the park. By day it's a scene of pleasant, family-friendly activities where children play but it's another story at night.

In some videos he saw a man rolling up a joint. In another incident he caught teens drinking in the park.

“I video everything,” he said. “We either offer it to the police to use as evidence against them or we put it up on YouTube.”

Not everyone thinks Marty is doing the right thing. Online, he's controversial.

“People deserve their privacy,” wrote one critic.

“People think I’m shaming them but we're not. It was originally started for just neighborhood watch,” Marty admitted.

He seems to have the total support of his neighbors, and the sheriff's department is also expressing support.

Sgt. Tony Turnbull of Sacramento Sheriff's Department said: “If we get there and that crime is no longer happening and he says he's seen as a witness and provides us with the video, it just strengthens his case.”

There is nothing in the world wrong with this -- even the police seem to agree. In order to run sex niteclubs out of a naberhood, the decency team here has photographed people going into them including their cars and license plates, then publicized it. Worked like a charm -- back then, at least.

We can respect their civil rights and look the other way, blah blah, but we'll end up like Germany where there are designated intercourse areas in public parks.

There is nothing illegal about running sex night clubs. But to try to run them out of town, good luck. There are plenty of non-profit organizations that will represent these clubs and sue the living bitch out of those who choose to label them as "blighted" for the purpose of illegal use of public eminent domain as the reason to run them out and convert the business into a public good.

As for the couple doing their business in a car, in a public place, they need to get a room.

They're a blight on any naberhood. Little kiddies ask their parents what goes on in them, so it's their introduction to sex education -- etc. I'm proud to say that I helped to stop the largest one in the South from being put up in my town. Spent an hour faxing relevant documents to the head of the state AFA affiliate who coached the county council on writing regulations that made it impossible -- can't be within X feet of a church or whatever.

As for the couple doing their business in a car, let's hear it for the guy who set up an "arsenal of cameras" and take up a collection for him.

I'm not a "Liberal" of any kind. I'm an American and when somebody attempts to illegally bar an American from operating a business for profit simply because it resides next to some church, it is un-American. Nobody on this planet is righteous. If you wanna start referring to such businesses as "blights" then perhaps the same should be returned as far as the churchgoers (moneychangers and those who dwell within it) women who marry men for convenience and sit there in church with their malicious gossip when everybody knows they are just much whores as the ones who dwell within the bar scene. The difference between those in the church and those in the bar scene is none. Those in the church are whoremongers too. They serve and place their unbelievable trust and faith in some so-called "righteous" preacher when they should be placing that trust and serving Jesus. Even the preachers teach false doctrines and lead God's sheep astray for lack of faith and knowledge.
