Donald Trump Just Dropped This Bombshell About Hillary Clinton

For decades, Hillary Clinton has remained one step ahead of the law.

The revelations surrounding her private email scandal and mishandling of classified information has tightened the circle around her.

But with Hillary running hard to succeed Barack Obama and cement his legacy to fundamentally transform America into a socialist nightmare, many observers believe the Obama regime will refuse to indict her.

However, Donald Trump made it clear that while she may be able to run, she can’t hide forever.

On the campaign trail, the Republican front runner dropped the stunning announcement that, as president, he would make sure his administration brought criminal charges against Hillary.

The Washington Examiner reports:

Donald Trump said Monday night that he believes Hillary Clinton will likely get away with her use of a private email server while she was Secretary of State, but said that as president, it’s only fair that he’d look to prosecute Clinton.

Fox News’ Sean Hannity asked Trump in front of a live Nevada audience if his Attorney General would go after Clinton should an investigation find she broke the law while serving in the Obama administration.

“You have no choice,” Trump replied. “In fairness, you have to look into that.”

Hannity asked if Clinton might be running to help ensure that a Republican doesn’t prosecute her for how she allowed classified information to be routinely sent on her non-secure server, and Trump agreed that Clinton is running the race of her life for that very reason.

“So she’s being protected, but if I win, certainly it’s something we’re going to look at,” he said.

The self-funded candidate criticized how the government has gone after other leaders like former CIA Director David Petraeus for lesser crimes, but has not followed suit against Clinton.

Trump notes that the Obama regime zealously prosecuted American hero, General David Petraeus, for similar crimes, but so far Hillary has escaped scot-free.

The unequal application of law where the elites escape penalty while political enemies or “lesser” citizens face the full brunt of the law means America is now a banana republic.

But that is Obama’s America.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch issued an evasive statement when asked about the possibility of prosecuting Clinton.

Politico reports:

Attorney General Loretta Lynch declined Wednesday to discuss how she would make a decision about whether to prosecute Democratic presidential candidate and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton over classified information found on her private email server.

However, Lynch did say the investigation and the Justice Department’s review of the matter would follow the usual process and procedure for such matters.

“This will be conducted as every other case and we will review all the facts and all the evidence and come to an independent conclusion as to how to best handle it,” Lynch said during a House Appropriations Committee hearing Wednesday morning.

Will Obama pardon Clinton before he leaves office?

With Donald Trump gathering steam after three consecutive blowout wins in New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada, it’s becoming clear Hillary may finally face legal accountability for jeopardizing American national security by using a private email server to transmit classified information.

This was probably the only way Hillary could keep Tel Aviv apprised of Washington's actions; would have been disallowed if known during her tenure and she could not have been feeding Israel Pollard style.
