About 30 years ago I decided that we're all hypocrites when we claim to be Christians and then finance genocide, kill kids and their mothers around the world, support abortion mills, and do so many things that surely piss God off. When one considers that God already owns the universe and all that's in it the only thing we can give back in thanks is our trust. When I say trust I mean complete trust in God and His ways. However we're weak and allow the powers that be convince us that we need them and their services like Socialist Security, Medicare, credit cards and on and on ! I say "Let my people go" ! Numbers 23:19King James Version (KJV) 19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? When we rely upon man (or men) we will be let down every time. If we would ever unite in a total and complete alliance with God we could not be defeated by these scumbags in government because "if God be for us who can be against us" ... and I say Pharaohs may come and go but God is forever ! EDIT: I can't let it go yet. FAITH in most people's minds is a noun meaning "I believe" ... so what, you believe ? Satan believes ! FAITH is a verb meaning that you act upon your belief. Most Christians are trying to placate God by acting like they believe without ever acting upon their so-called beliefs ! I can imagine what the average person would think if presented with these ideas. It's comical to imagine their reaction. I'd like to add that I think Christian people in general are reductionists. By that I mean they conceive God as a gray haired old guy in the sky - sort of like George Burns. I did too ! My point in making this comment is that we reduce God's ability to perform when we don't "step out in FAITH" and do man's will instead of God's ! All I can say is that my life has been crazy since I departed Babylon (at least as far as I can depart). So many things that point to God's hand in everything to do with my very existence. I have been so NOT BOTHERED by the so-called powers that be and have actually become best friends with some that are the local powers. I helped our county prosecutor move some stuff from storage this past weekend. He and his family have become very, very good friends and he knows more about me, my past, and my position on this criminal government than almost anyone. Yet, we enjoy a great friendship. I feed his dog when his family are out of town (and water garden and flowers) and he cleans my kitty litter box when I'm away. Now that's friendship ! Are you evangelizing these officials on the truth about power and corruption -- challenging them on theirs or their agencies'? Mebbe the ones you're close to are the few pure examples :-) It's funny..... Once I saw the light and became a right-wing extr☺mist in Jew Jersey, there was never much talk about city or county corruption, only state, world and national. Down here where I somehow expected morality, city and county are political cesspools most everywhere. This town I live in has about 800 people in it. So everyone knows everyone's business pretty much ... and they all know my deal. I haven't even got a piece of I.D. ... and yes I do challenge them but not in a brash or mean way. I've watched some calling themselves "patriots" piss everyone off by being assholes and brow beating non-believers ... As a side note: It isn't easy for someone raising children or someone responsible for others well being to take the time and effort to do what I've done in withdrawing from the system.
