That's because the Supreme Court's decision on United States v. Texas could determine whether or not over four million illegal immigrants will be given access to several entitlements. In four days, the Supreme Court will hear arguments over Obama's executive amnesty. Obama created the so-called "Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents" (DAPA) to declare over four million illegal immigrants as "lawfully present." But that's just another term for amnesty. When an illegal alien becomes a "lawfully present" immigrant, they immediately become eligible for reprieves from deportation and Social Security, disability and Medicare benefits... ...despite entering the country illegally. Obama and U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli have been preparing for this important case for months. That's because 25 states have joined the case against the Obama administration. If the Supreme Court votes to a 4-4 tie, it would uphold the 5th Circuit decision on this case which struck down Obama's executive amnesty. But with Verrilli assigned to defend Obama's executive order at the Supreme Court, there's no telling what the Court will rule.
