Megyn Kelly is right. The red light cameras are unconstitutional because they presume guilt when our law is based on a presumption of innocence. Besides that, the Supreme Court has ruled in 2008 that red light cameras are unconstitutional. That is good enough for me.

Now, they can use those cameras in Britain all they want, but here, they are against the law. ;)
