Bromine is a poison as is fluoride. I take Icelandic Kelp daily. It is something like $9 for 3 months.
Kelp has a lot of trace minerals found in sea water. Good stuff. When I used salt in my food I would use Real Salt which was mined from Utah salt deposits. It also contained trace minerals from the ancient seas that once were found in that area. ;)
