It recognizes that genetic branching always occurs when a genetic life form branches into two or more isolated colonies. Two human populations separated by one generation have barely begun to branch, separated by 10 generations they have begun to branch a bit more, separated by 100 generations much more, and after a 1000 generations the branching is certainly quite clear. The greater the genetic distance the greater the genetic difference - that is a general rule of thumb for thinking purposes. The amount of branching needed to cross the arbitrary line drawn in the genetic sand called a race, is currently unclear for humans... but lets just wait and see where the genetic science lands after a few decades. Branching has occurred regardless if the race line has been crossed or not, so all social policies regarding human branching are always going to be valid. As an example, assume all people on the planet are clones of each other. After one generation, a tiny bit of genetic branching has occurred not due to homologous recombination, but due to the simple fact that the genetic reproduction process is not perfect and mutations often occur. Given the size of the planet, isolated reproduction will occur, and 100 generations later some noticeable branching will have occurred due to both homologous recombination and mutation. The naturally branching human cultures coupled with the unique land that people live upon will tend to select for certain traits thus making homologous recombination part of the branching process; and the probability for those traits will increase with time. Branching is very natural and its all about probability and mutation. It is not required that these human populations be 100% isolated from one another for branching to occur. Some natural admixture, however and whenever it happens, does not significantly change the branching nature of the populations. However, a sufficiently large amount of admixture, between two populations for example, would begin to make the branching favor a single population rather than two unique populations. Human population diversity is human genetic branching. Without isolated or segregated reproduction over the ages, human population diversity would not exist. This is not the type of segregation that occurred with whites and blacks in America, but rather this is a natural segregation that occurred with regional tribes and nations throughout history. Without continued isolated reproduction, human population diversity will wane and blend. There are no absolutes with regard to human branching; it is a fluid spectrum of genetic distance and genetic difference, and can be studied for any given collection of genetic traits. Politically and legally, legalizing discrimination is the only natural way that human branching can continue to happen. The word discrimination has certainly been given a negative connotation due to the black slave vs. white owner history in the United States and many other such oppressive racist relationships. However, the word as used here is not negative at all. In this case it is a group of people living on some land, a country for example, and they discriminate as to who can become a citizen. Thus when people within that nation have desire for love or lust, the only other people, of significant numbers, in proximity are people of their branch. So there is no racism. Racism requires that one race, or branch of the human race, is somehow abusing another race - if a person of one branch has their feelings hurt because they want to become a citizen of another branch, and that branch says no, that is not racism; it's called freedom. It's the freely and naturally branching human race. Human branching embraces diversity. It recognizes that the only way the human populations of the world will remain different and diverse is if social and legal policies are structured to allow it. The social vision of human branching is a diverse world of many different and diverse lands and cultures that we can all peacefully vacation to, visit, do business with, and learn from. We all learn from each other and we all have a slightly different perspective on how to do things best, so many different avenues are pursued simultaneously and that diversity of knowledge paths enriches everyone. One of the most idiotic memes ever propagated in the 20th Century is the foolishness that race is "not a real" or "not a useful scientific concept" or that it is "socially constructed." It is one of these supposedly "well meaning" propaganda points posing as "scientific fact" that has turned out to be enormously destructive and divisive. It's also a standpoint that will have to be abandoned for eminently practical reasons, such as the cascading recent revelations about how different races react to medication. As Steve Sailer put it, "Which is more important: Politically correct dogma, or people's lives?" (Although, unfortunately, I think I know what the answer to that question is going to be for a lot of these race-deniers...)
You can't win. You can't break even. You can't get out of the game.
