Judge: “100% Certain FBI will Indict and Convict Hillary” The biggest question surrounding the 2016 election is will Obama’s regime allow the FBI to indict Hillary Clinton. Many believe there is no way Obama will permit the FBI to bring charges against Hillary and wreck the election for the Democrat Party. But one Fox News legal analyst blows that theory out of the water. In an interview on the O’Reilly Factor, Judge Napolitano made the strongest case yet as to why Hillary will be charged and convicted for mishandling classified intelligence on her private email server. Mediaite reports: “On Fox’s “The O’Reilly Factor” Napolitano went a step even further saying “the evidence of her guilt is overwhelming.” He also claims that he is ‘100-percent certain’ that the FBI has enough to indict and convict her. “The evidence is overwhelming to conclude, overwhelming to anyone that observed what she did,” he said. “The FBI is at the very end of its investigation, it is in the second to last phase, it has invited Mrs. Clinton’s five closest advisers, former and present .. in for interviews. They have hired the same lawyer and they have agreed to go in,” Napolitano said. He said he doesn’t know if the aides have actually gone in but the invitation was issued about 2 1/2 weeks ago.” But will the FBI be allowed to do its job? Indicting Hillary this late in the game would mean the Democrat nominee will be decided by a brokered convention. Many pundits already believe the current path of the Republican contents will lead to a brokered convention with a high likelihood the party will be torn to pieces in the process. So the same could very well hold true for the Democrats. Bernie Sanders cannot win a majority of pledged delegates and would need the Super Delegates to boost him to the nomination. But many in the Democrat party establishment see him as a sure loser in the general election and may plot their own White Knight strategy. Jumping over Sanders with their establishment approved candidate would enrage millions of his voters who would possibly abandon the ticket in the fall, handing the election over to the Republicans. There are other concerns as well. The Daily Mail reports former U.S. Attorney Joseph DiGenova declaring there would be a revolt by the FBI should the Obama regime refuse to charge Hillary: ‘I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that, unless [Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general. It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable,’ he said.” The FBI is an institution whose reputation must survive every administration. While it may be politically convenient for the Obama regime to ignore Hillary’s criminal behavior, the career employees in the FBI have their own standing to worry about. Without the country having faith in the Rule of Law, an orderly society collapses. The FBI will still be here on January 20, 2017 even if the Obama regime will not. And a campaign of leaks or pushback by the career employees of the FBI could be just as damaging to Hillary’s campaign as a criminal indictment. A coordinated revolt would be a death by a thousand swords, keeping the email scandal in the headlines even if no charges are brought. The political fallout for Hillary, however, is nothing compared to the possible damage to the country should Americans realize the Obama regime functions no differently than a banana republic dictatorship, and the nation’s chief law enforcement agency was all but powerless to bend to their will.
