Jews and Muslims were kicked out in 1492. Catalonia wants to separate. If the Catalonians were to kick out the Muslims, the crisis would destroy France and Spain which borders them. Their biggest city is Barcelona and it is full of Muslims.

Think what would happen to Spain. They are broke with 50% unemployment for young people. The people paying taxes in Catalonia would stop paying taxes to Madrid. The Spanish and the French would get 110 of thousands of Muslim refugees. The people in Madrid would then have to support the Muslims. Riots would break out. The EU would probably collapse which would be a good thing.

The Spaniards were always careful about bringing slave into the homeland, unlike the Portuguese who have badly corrupted their blood line by doing this.
The EU collapse would indeed be a good thing, and the Grexit and Brexit are harbingers of things to come.
