A federal judge harshly rebuked the Obama administration, directly accusing them of lying about the White House’s plan to give amnesty to millions of illegal aliens. U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen “slapped an extraordinarily unusual order on Justice Department lawyers on Thursday, saying they misled him about details of President Barack Obama’s executive actions on immigration, ordering up names of certain immigrants here illegally and calling on the administration’s attorneys to take a legal ethics course every year,” POLITICO reports. “The misconduct in this case was intentional, serious and material,” Hanen wrote. “In fact, it is hard to imagine a more serious, more calculated plan of unethical conduct.” “These misrepresentations were made on multiple occasions starting with the very first hearing this Court held. This Court would be remiss if it left such unseemly and unprofessional conduct unaddressed,” he wrote. Obama granted roughly 100,000 work permits to illegal’s with children who are U.S. citizens, a direct defiance of Hanen’s orders. The illegals were originally given two-year work permits, but Obama quietly extended it to three years in November 2014. Hanen found out about the illicit extensions in February 2015 and ordered Obama to halt the program. Obama continued issuing the permits anyway, granting 2,700 more. Not only is Hanen angry that Obama continued to grant permits even after ordering him to halt, but also because White House lawyers knew about the three-year permits yet withheld the information. Hanen let them know this week just how angry he is, even citing the film “Miracle on 34th Street”. “The need to tell the truth, especially in court, was obvious to a fictional young Tommy Mara, Jr. in 1947,” Hanen wrote. “Yet there are certain attorneys in the Justice Department who apparently have not received that message, or more likely have just decided they are above such trivial concepts.” Hanen then ordered the White House to provide him with the names of all the illegals who received illicit permits, setting up an unusually insane freak- out by pro-illegal advocates. “Judge Hanen is demanding names and addresses of immigrant youth, and for what purpose? To set the stage for Donald Trump’s deportation force? This is a disgusting, outrageous, and gross abuse of judicial power,” said Lynn Tramonte of the pro-illegal group, America’s Voice. But Hanen didn’t stop there. He also ordered every Obama administration attorney appearing in any federal court, or court in a state suing Obama over the immigration scheme, to pass a three-hour ethics course. Any chance he’ll extend that order to the constitutional law professor they all work for? Poster Comment: Face-melted?
