Yes it does. Look at how China treats their own homogenous people.

Good point. National disaster (pardon, 'revolution') often comes from outside, sometimes heading northward -- Stalin was Georgian, Napoleon was Italian, Guevara was Argentine. Yes, I consider Napoleon a national disaster, and no, not just for France. (They must have thought it was like 'lobster sauce'. Are they going to go vegetarian?....) ----------------------------------------------------- Don't forget that Hitler was also jewish. And look what he did to his own people.
