War, War, War See other War, War, War Articles Title: Retired NATO Commander Breedlove Still Irresponsibly Fear-Mongering Retired NATO Commander Breedlove Still Irresponsibly Fear-Mongering by Stephen Lendman General Philip Breedlove stepped down as NATO commander in May, retiring from active duty service, continuing to hype nonexistent threats. In an article titled NATOs Next Act, How to Handle Russia and Other Threats, he failed to explain the Alliance faces none except ones it invents as pretexts for imperial aggression. America is the worlds leading transnational terrorist, Breedlove in his former capacity as NATO chief a key reason why. He turned truth on its head claiming nonexistent Russian aggression (and) de facto invasion of eastern Ukraine, adding there is much more that the United States and its allies must do - above all, improve their abilities to deter the (invented) Russian threat
He urged greater numbers of US-led combat troops provocatively deployed near Russias borders, the nemesis to the east. Claiming its increasingly meddling in the affairs of its neighbors and pose(s) an existential threat to the United States, its allies and the international order is a vile perversion of truth. Urging a proactive stance
to change Russias calculus before (it) acts aggressively barely stopped short of endorsing preemptive war against a nation threatening no one. Breedloves entire article repeated long ago discredited canards hes infamously used before to demonize Russia and Putin, ignoring US-dominated NATOs responsibility for endless wars on humanity. Separately, CIA director John Brennan irresponsibly hyped fear, saying ISIL has a large cadre of Western fighters who could potentially serve as operatives for attacks in the West
(W)e judge that it will intensify its global terror campaign to maintain its dominance of the global terrorism agenda The only threats Americans and Europeans face are from their own governments, rogue states waging war on humanity at home and abroad.
