Im laughing my ass off, and looking forward to him giving the indict recommendation.
Wow, this is huge. New York Times just broke the story that a high-level official is saying that Attorney General Loretta Lynch will accept any recommendation that FBI Director James Comey hands her, regarding Hillarys email scandal. If Comey says to indict, Lynchwill indict. This move was seen as a reaction to her and Bill Clinton getting caught in theirsecret rendezvous on her private jet. From NYT:
Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch plans to announce on Friday that she will accept whatever recommendation career prosecutors and the F.B.I. director make about whether to bring charges related to Hillary Clintons personal email server, a Justice Department official said. Her decision removes the possibility that a political appointee will overrule investigators in the case.
The Justice Department had been moving toward such an arrangement for months officials said in April that it was being considered but a private meeting between Ms. Lynch and former President Bill Clinton this week set off a political furor and made the decision all but inevitable.
Recusal? Loretta Lynch Removes Herself From FBI Probe Of Hillary Emails On Monday evening US Attorney General Loretta Lynch conveniently just happened to meet up with Bill Clinton for a private meeting on her plane on a Phoenix airport tarmac.
Despite Lynch promising everyone that the only things that were discussed were Bills golf game and grandchildren, conservative watchdog Judicial Watch requested that the DOJs Office of the Inspector General investigate the meeting. As The Hill reports, pressure is intensifying on Attorney General Loretta Lynch to hand off oversight of the federal investigation connected to Hillary Clintons private email server
His presence in her face, discussing the weather has the effect OF SAYING...we are watching you...
Exactly.
The Clinton family is highly experienced in the game of corruption and evasion of criminal proceedings by law enforcement. Nothing they do can be trusted to be innocuous. The fact that she made any statement at all so soon after this meeting is itself a bad sign.
Bill is no longer a government official of any sort. His meeting her on board her plane is itself inappropriate, and anyone who believes it was only a social visit is completely naive.
Something is in the works. I would take her statement to mean either A) she won't get any such recommendation to seek indictment, or B) she will but Obama will do a quick mop up job somehow, with a pardon or whatever.
Either way, it's safe to assume she's in cohoots with Clinton, at least until she demonstrates otherwise.
As you know, AJ and his guests are breaking all this garbage down now.
The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable. ~ H. L. Mencken
Having been forced to remove herself from the Hillary Clinton email probe, Loretta Lynch admitted that her shockingly ill-advised private meeting with Bill Clinton has "cast a shadow" over the investigations and questions on the meeting are "fair." Her magnanimity was further expressed "I wouldn't do it again," while claiming that she had made the decision to 'recuse' herself days before her Bubba meeting.
Lynch is saying that her recusal takes her out of the loop entirely and that it precludes her from even having the FBI report on Hillary directed to her.
Pretty smooth fast shoe on her part: She meets with Bill. > There's a big hoo- rah. > She recuses herself. > Lynch is out of the firing line.
Any pair of gangsters as reckless as Bill and Hill have shown that they will stop at nothing when direct action is required.
