My 2 cents:

Had she been indicted, it would require Barack Obama to be subpoenaed as a witness, since he had knowledge of the crime(s).

This would lead to a Constitutional crisis, with a possible impeachment of Obama looming over the November election.

U.S. Constitution - Article IV, Section 4: NO BORDERS + NO LAWS = NO COUNTRY
