You may be missing the interactive part -- says that $1500- will buy you 342sf in Frisco, so that would about match 600sf at $3350. Right? Las Vegas is going strong at 15446sf. El Paso would seem the best surprise at 1667sf -- surely the most desirable of the large rectangles to the right. The chart feetures warmer cities and contains very few known for long, arduous winters.
