"This is a pagan nation, no amount of elections will change that... we are the remnant." This is a homily given by a traditional Catholic priest during Latin Mass. I know this priest. There are more outstnding sermons on many more topics here http://www.romans10seventeen.org/

You have got to be joking. One priest or even 100 well intentioned priests speaking truth cannot overcome the hundreds of years of pagan sun worship, paedophilia, idol worship, pagan "Holydays" (solstice worship), Inquisitions, Madonna Worship, the RAT LINES, and acceptance into the "Holy" Roman Church of Voodoo practicing savages and other pagans; not to forget the invasion of America that is sponsored by the UNiversal Roman Catholic Church.

I didn't want to reply to this post of yours but I cannot let you shove the most powerful, and influential pagan organization on earth down our throats daily without reminding you of the many dreadful acts of Papists throughout history .

Give Artisan a break. He does refer to "religions such as Catholicism and Christianity" :-) and admit the RCC is, in so many words, overrun with monstrous demonic activity itself.

I was raised Catholic, was an altar boy, and had an overall great experience in grade school under the tutelage of nuns and priests. My dad was a fireman and most of his fellow firemen were great guys and Catholics. Most Catholics that I have ever known have been wonderful people although I consider them misled or brainwashed. They either have a completely different Bible or don't read the one they have.

Some people feel the need to "belong" to a social group so much that they never investigate the very group or organization they choose to join. Which reminds me, most Catholics were baptized Catholic before the age of reason and are from thence on thoroughly propagandized to the extent that they are instructed that all non-Catholics go to hell. The hypocrisy is too thick for my tastes.

I've known many great Catholics -- my legendary NJ compatriots like Chester Grabowski were almost all from Catholic backgrounds, some of them quite devout in it. (Chet attended the National Catholic Church, not the RCC -- one of the many laudable things about him.)

At this point it's hard for me to have any use for organized religion. With even the few churches that can be called conservative, people mostly attend and participate as an escape from reality. Sermons may dabble in condemning liberalism but the effect is still "don't really concern yourself about any of this icky worldly stuff, because God is still in control of human events, blah blah, Jesus is going to come back someday and fix it, blah blah."

Non-Christian religions are NO help either. My religion anymore is reality, and it must be admitted that reality is a bitch..... because nobody wants to face or fight it worth a damn. The atheist religion of existentialism pretends to embrace reality but it's extremely limited and whiffs of gefiltefish.

Christianity is a beautiful, noble thing. It's brought man to his highest heights ever. Too bad it's reduced to a country club with stained glass anymore.
