Police launch murder probe after man, 34, was shot dead at private pool party organised by Reggae dancehall artist

Emergency services were called to £1m rented home in Headley at 2.30am after neighbours heard gunshots fired

Officers found body in a house, two more were seriously injured but have not suffered life threatening injuries

Surrey Police say a man was held on suspicion of murder and another on suspicion of assisting an offender

Detectives want people at the party to contact them and anyone who saw a black and white Mini at the scene

Local source says home with two pools used for 'sex parties', which caused 'chaos' in village for third year

Neighbour said some guests were taken to Headley by bus, paid in euros and may have even visited from abroad

A terrified eyewitness has spoken of the horrifying moment a man was shot dead at a Surrey 'sex party' organised by a Jamaican dancehall star and his girlfriend.

Two suspects have been arrested following the murder of a 34-year-old shot in the chest after violence erupted at the raucous party, attended by some 450 people.

Surrey Police say a man has been held on suspicion of murder and another on suspicion of assisting an offender but detectives have not found the handgun used at the £1million bungalow in Headley, Surrey.

The party was organised by reggae dancehall artist Braintear Spookie and his girlfriend Summerlyn Farquharson, who goes by the monikers Krissy Braintear and 'The Female Boss' on social media. She is understood to be his manager.

A female partygoer described the moment the victim was shot, adding people ran for their lives in fear as the party descended into chaos.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, the reveller, who did not wish to be named, said: 'There was a really tense atmosphere because it was so packed. There was a group of about three or four guys in there who were standing next to us. We heard them say, "something's going on over there".

'They added, "we need to make sure we keep our 'tings' [guns] close". Within half an hour I heard gun shots.

'It was a good location if you wanted to get someone because it's so secluded.

'Some people think it was people from Brixton who did it. It was all very heated. He [the victim] was not 'innocent', he was well known to police and he's got a long list of enemies.’

Murder probe: Officers and paramedics were called to a £1million bungalow in Church Lane, Headley, pictured above today, at 2.30am today and the body of a man in his thirties was found. Two men were arrested this afternoon

One of the organisers of the party named on its posters as 'The Female Boss Krissy', pictured yesterday, was not able to be reached for comment

The organisers of the party, a woman known as 'The Female Boss Krissy', left, on Instagram at the house yesterday, and a dancehall star 'Braintear Spookie', right, by the pool, were not available for comment

Packed: This is a snapchat image of the party at its height showing the bungalow's garden absolutely filled with revellers surrounding its pool

Busy scenes at the 'sex pool party' where a man was shot dead

Officers and paramedics were called to the property after neighbours heard gunshots at 2.30am today.

The body of a man, 34, was found in the garden, a woman, 36, was left with 'serious' leg injuries and another man suffered a shoulder injury.

Invite: Up to 450 people are believed to have attended the £20 a head event billed as a 'pool party' at a 'posh location in the hills'

Witnesses said that the victim was shot through the chest and shoulder in the back garden packed with hundreds of other partygoers.

The female partygoer who witnessed the scene bought her ticket about a month prior to the event and attended with a friend.

She added:'We went to the party and it was absolutely packed. They have had it at the same venue for three years running.

'They run a coach from London straight to the party.

'Everybody who goes is from London, and everyone knows about the party.'

After hearing a group of men talking about 'keeping their guns close' shots were fired shortly after, she said.

'I was pulled down to the floor there was a big stampede of people but I was stuck inside, in the corner.

'I couldn't get out but thought it was safer to stay inside anyway.

'I stayed because I couldn't believe what was happening. He [the victim] was about ten steps away from us.

'I took about ten steps and he was lying there on the floor. Police came after about half an hour and the ambulance took about 45 minutes.

'Three girls did CPR - they were nurses.

'Everybody had left but there was a group of around ten of us still there. The police had to tell us to go in the end.

'There must have been 300 or 400 people there. It's a good location if you want to get someone because it's so secluded.

'I wasn't surprised it had happened. Certain people there had refused to be checked by security at the door. There was one security guard there but I think he was just for show.'

One local source told MailOnline that the house next to the parish church hosted an annual party, described by locals as a 'massive sex party', while another neighbour said some guests of African or Jamaican descent came from abroad and paid in euros to attend.

Pictures taken of the property from above today show the bungalow, which has been rented out for £4,500-a-month since 2010, is surrounded by police and its garden is covered in rubbish after last night's party, including used contraception.

Police had attended the property yesterday evening to warn organisers to keep the noise down but hours later officers were called back after reports of violence and have sealed off the property and surrounding lanes.

Reggae dancehall artist Braintear Spookie, real name Jason White, posted adverts for the party on his Instagram account.

The 21-year-old, originally from Kingston, Jamaica, but who moved to the UK in 2013 and lives in London, is listed on the advert as an organiser of the event along with his millionaire girlfriend Summerlyn Farquharson, 29, who goes by the moniker 'The Female Boss' on social media.

They are understood to have been in a relationship for around four years, and live in the property, which they rent.

The advert promotes 'The Big Mansion Pool Party Part 3 Called My League @ A Posh Location in The Hills', with the Headley address at the bottom of the image.

The singer, who has produced songs with titles including Hurt It Up, Nuh Fault Wid Yuh, and Cah Tek Mi Life, also posted pictures of himself posing with a water pistol at what appeared to be the poolside at the venue prior to the party.

His social media accounts show him partying at gigs across the UK, as well as in America and in the Caribbean.

On Spookie's Instagram account he filmed himself in the pool of bungalow encouraging people to buy tickets for the event last night.

This is the third year in a row 'Krissy', 'The Female Boss', has run the wild parties which have taken over the quiet village, where revellers turn up by the 'coachload' to the pre-planned, ticketed events, which even have a bouncer on the door +30 Summerlyn Farquharson, who goes by the moniker 'The Female Boss' on social media, is understood to be Braintear Spookie's manager and girlfriend

As the party rose to a crescendo at around 2am the murder victim was shot dead in the garden, where hundreds were dancing and drinking.

It was later revealed that the shooting victim had been fatally blasted in the chest, with the bullet or lead shot entering his body at the front and exiting out of his back.

Several nurses who were guests at the party immediately tried to give the victim CPR but were unsuccessful in keeping him alive. When paramedics arrived he was certified dead.

Surrey Police today appealed for anyone who was at last night's party, and may have information about what unfolded, to contact them immediately.

Detective Superintendent Bex Smith said: 'Surrey Police have arrested two people - one on suspicion of murder and the other on suspicion of assisting an offender - in connection with the ongoing murder investigation in Headley.

'Officers attended and found the body of a 34-year-old man who had suffered a gunshot wound. A 36-year-old woman is also receiving medical treatment after being shot in the leg but her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

'This was a shocking turn of events at what had been billed as a private pool party and would have witnessed by a number of people.

'Our investigation is continuing and if you were at this event or have any information or footage of what happened and have not yet spoken to police I urge you to come forward and talk to us or call Crimestoppers anonymously.

'We are particularly keen to speak to anyone who saw a white and black Mini which left the scene following the incident. At this stage we believe the weapon used in the shooting was a handgun which has not yet been recovered.

'There continues to be a significant police presence in the local area but I would reassure the local community we not believe there us any ongoing risk to Headley residents. A police cordon is in place and the road is expected to remain closed for several hours whilst work at the scene is carried out'.

The party was held at a six-bedroom luxury rented bungalow with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a gym.

One neighbour was kept up all night by the loud pool party in a sleepy, rural village and described how around 450 people fled the £1million bungalow after the shooting.

One woman, walking on a public footpath by The Cock Inn, in Headley, Surrey, near the house, was disgusted to find a used contraceptive and a blood-soaked handkerchief - which forensic teams then analysed to find out it they were linked to the crime.

The woman, who asked not to be named, said: 'This is the third year in a row they've thrown a massive sex party there - it's ridiculous.

'We're a quiet little village, we don't want to live with this sort of swingers thing on our doorstep.

'They get up to all sorts of things there. There was a condom on the ground down the path and I've found a lot worse in previous years.'

Trashed: Empty champagne bottles, used contraceptives and the detritus of a street party remained at the scene yesterday, and it appears the body may have been found in the garden

Partygoers said the party was organised on social media, with tickets bought weeks in advance - but the atmosphere was 'tense', according to eyewitnesses. Pictured, Summerlyn Farquharson, who lives in the property

Earlier officers had attended the party at 10pm to tell the organisers - reggae dancehall artist Jason White, 21, and his millionaire girlfriend whose real name is Summerlyn Farquharson, 29 – to turn down the blaring rap music after receiving scores of complaints

Days before the rave, Miss Farquharson posted videos online of herself and her boyfriend in one of the mansion’s two swimming pools. She urged her thousands of online followers to buy £15 tickets for the event

Mole Valley District Council admitted today it had given the organisers of the pool party a temporary 14-hour licence to see alcohol at the site as well as provide entertainment and late-night food.

Councillor Vivienne Michael, leader of the council, said: 'We are saddened by the news of the death of an individual and reported injuries sustained by others at an event in Headley over the weekend. Our thoughts are with the affected family members and the local community'.

A former resident, who asked not to be named, said: 'We lived in the house about five years ago. We rented it while we were doing this place up, just for a few months.

'It's such a shocking thing to happen. Things like this just do not happen in Headley. This is a quiet, gentle village. It's bizarre.

'The house was good to us while we were there - five bedrooms, two pools indoor and outdoor.

'The landlord is a paraplegic who lives in Kingswood. He built the pool indoors to exercise. I'm not sure what happened to him. We only knew him because we were renting the house.

'I heard all the noise and the commotion and loads of cars. I didn't get out of bed, but it was incredibly loud.

'This sort of thing has never happened before, I don't think it's a regular thing. We didn't get the invite, but then it's not really our scene.'

Locals have suggested that the home is routinely rented out for lavish swingers parties, infamous for their loud music and litter.

Ken Wells, 44, who drove past the party last night said: 'This sort of thing is just unheard of in Headley. It seemed to attract quite a lot of people from the black community.

'It was proper London. It was a real aggressive sounding DJ who was hyping up the crowd. It was mad, absolutely mad. There was a sense of threat.'

Sealed off: A police forensics tent has been put up in the garden where the body of an unnamed man in his thirties was found this morning

Organiser: Reggae dancehall artist Braintear Spookie, real name Jason White, posted adverts for the party on his Instagram account and showed himself by its pool with a water pistol as he encouraged people to pay £20 to attend

Probe: Forensics officers are already at the scene in the usually quiet Surrey village

Probe: Forensics officers are already at the scene in the usually quiet Surrey village and have marked out what may be bullet casings on the lane

This is the third year in a row the wild parties have taken over the quiet village, where revellers turn up by the 'coachload' to the pre-planned, ticketed events, which even have bouncers on the door

Evidence: Police have covered items, perhaps bullets, believed to be linked to the murder with small discs with at least two local saying they feared there had been a shooting

Investigation: Surrey Police officers carry out fingertip searches of the garden of the £1million bungalow, which hosted the £20 a head party

Crime scene: Police have sealed off the centre of the village and the property at the centre of the murder probe is next door to the local pub

Prestigious: The £1million property is guarded by police and is on a lane leading to the parish church, St Mary's

Glen Ho-A-Shoo, 22, works in the cafe next to the house where the party took place, and said: 'They had a big party at the house by the church. They have it on a regular basis. Apparently there was a gun fired.

'We've only lived here about a month. We thought it was a nice, reclusive area, but apparently there's parties there all the time.

'There were loads of people all down the road, maybe hundreds. This morning when I woke up, I noticed the police cordon and there was rubbish everywhere.

'There are bottles, napkins, glasses. Someone told me they found a used condom on the street'.

Harry Higgs, 17, who lives nearby, said: 'There was music going on really, really late. It was so loud. My girlfriend's dad thought we had the telly on.

'It was going on until least two o'clock. We woke up this morning to get a coffee and notice all the broken bottles down the street - champagne bottles, whiskey bottles, Disaronno bottles.

'We thought something was going on at The Cock (the local pub), because they often have live music. But it was way louder.

'My girlfriend's brother thought he heard a gunshot at around two, but it could've been anything. It could've been the music, because it stopped so suddenly.

He added: 'We thought it was a terrorist attack or something because Headley House is just round the corner, where they treat shell-shocked soldiers'.

His girlfriend, Katie Bennett, 17, said: 'It's really scary because I think this is just little Headley. It's really horrible to think something like that has happened so near.

'A lot of people are shocked. It's so quiet round here. There's such a small population. It happened right next to the church.'

An unnamed female neighbour who lives near the party house, said: 'We heard lot's of noise last night then it all went very quiet.

'Then there was a huge amount of noise and cars. We looked out of the front window and there was a sea of people running back to cars.

'There were two armed police units and a police helicopter - there were more police then I've ever seen in my entire life.'

One local resident, who did not want to be named, said last year there was 'chaos' after a party at the house.

He told MailOnline: 'Police were called there last year at around 5am because of noise. People who attended had bought tickets and were bussed in, as were lots of scantily clad women.

'We heard that there was another event planned last night and police went round to remind them of their responsibilities. It appears they were called back a few hours later and it is not clear if the man was found dead in the house or outside'.

David Baxter, who has friends in Church Lane, said the incident happened at a house which is rented out for parties.

He said the incident involved a group of people of 'African origin'.

Mr Baxter said: 'It was a group of African-origin people. There was a smashed car, glass everywhere.

'The house is next to the church and it is rented out for parties. They paid in euros, so they may not even be from England.'

Prior to the incident, local councillor David Preedy had already raised his concerns with police.

Mr Preedy, who lives about a quarter of a mile away from the house in Church Road, said: 'There was a noisy party last year that I know was problematic. It started at 11pm and went on until 5am on Monday morning so was decidedly unpopular.

'When it was clear that the repeat was being organised, I notified the police on behalf of the parish council and on behalf of the community. Obviously I didn't realise what was going to happen.

'It (the house) is rented out. I understand it is the second or third of these parties. I was told last year that it was an event people were paying for tickets to attend.

'I became aware a large number of people were gathering. I walked up at 8pm and there were people assembling.

'They weren't people from the community. I could hear music was being played but I couldn't see much as the place has an enclosed garden. People were milling around.

'I called the police and asked them to patrol and make organisers know they should be considerate neighbours.

'I haven't spoken to enough people about it but I am sure people will be shocked and very worried. The two main roads through the village are closed so it is very disruptive.'

Another resident said: 'I drove past the house last night and there were lots of people, there were cars parked everywhere, in people's driveways. There were lots of women in brightly coloured African dresses.

'I drove past again at 5.30am on my way to work and it was cordoned off, it had all kicked off.'

He added: 'The house is owned by a developer from Mitcham who rents it out for parties.'

Neighbour Nick Woolley said: 'There was a very loud private party in a house very close to the church which started at 5pm and I was awoken by very loud music, rap- style.

'I was woken at 2.30am by cars honking their cars, trying to get away from it. It was a very loud party with a DJ which was disturbing anyone near it.

'About 3am a police helicopter was overhead and it was circling for 45 minutes. The village is now swarming with police.'

The dead man has not yet been formally identified and there will be a post-mortem examination to establish the cause of death.

A police spokesman said: 'At this early stage no arrests have been made but officers are actively following up a number of lines of inquiry.

'There continues to be a significant police presence in the area but officers would like to reassure the public that there is no ongoing risk to Headley residents.

'A police cordon is in place and the road is expected to remain closed for several hours while the investigation continues.

'Police are appealing to trace anyone who was at last night's event and may have seen the incident or with any information to come forward as a matter of urgency'.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or with any information should call Surrey Police on 101, quoting reference P16166903, or call independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

You know how I got started in security?

When I lived in Chicago, these four girls had their birthdays in November. They rented a mansion in the NW suburbs. They paid for a band to come out and even had the owners supply beer. I think the crowd was paying for it. Not sure. I drove the truck out there with the band in back.

But, I was sitting around and one of the girls came running, "Cowboy, there's a fight by the beer bar!"

I went over there and they were standing on the chairs beating on each other. I grabbed one guy by the right arm. He tried to turn on me the wrong way and I grabbed the other arm. The floor was wet. He slipped and I threw him down with a crash. They all looked at me and I said, "COOL IT NOW!" They said, "It's cool." That guy that went down on the floor was apologizing to me the rest of the night. ROTFLMAO!

It was a NIGGER party. The Brits are loathe to say it out loud.
