BISMARCK, N.D. – A federal judge on Monday blocked North Dakota's voter identification law after a group of American Indians said it unfairly burdens them — the latest court ruling against voting laws that critics say disproportionately affect minorities. U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland issued a temporary restraining order and criticized the state for its 2013 repeal of provisions that let people without valid IDs vote if someone vouched for them or if they signed an affidavit swearing they were a qualified voter.
"The public interest in protecting the most cherished right to vote for thousands of Native Americans who currently lack a qualifying ID and cannot obtain one, outweighs the purported interest and arguments of the State," Hovland wrote.

Complete and utter BullBush. Unless they are from a "Casino Tribe" I doubt there is a tame Reservation Indian anywhere in the country that doesn't have a freaking ID. Almost all of the males have been arrested at least once for drunken driving,assault,etc,etc,etc,so every one has a jail ID card,as well as a SS card and a Medicaid card. Not to mention a tribal member card.
Almost all of the females are on welfare and have ID cards from the tribe as well as welfare ID cards.
As for Casino Tribes,you can bet your ass they all have ID's to show to go along with their credit cards.
This whole thing is a scam to keep illegal aliens voting.
