From: "Brasscheck TV" Subject: When a presidential candidate told the truth
=================== BrasscheckTV Report ===================
Iraq... a senseless tragedy and disaster for millions of people.
It started with Iraq I under George Bush Sr.
Everyone lined up and cheered except this guy with a crew cut from Texas who ran for president in 1992 - and could have won.
We should have listened to him. We should have elected him.

He's still no statesman, but that may have been the last year a presidential candidate expressed itself like a grownup, and I don't mean sissy poppy Boosh.
1996: Slick Willy vs. Bob Dull
2000: Smirking Chimp vs. Cigar Store Indian
2004: Chimp vs. Lurch etc.
