Does fObama parse words because ISIL is in IRAQ and ISIS is in Syria ??

There sure is.
ISIS is the English acronym for Islamic State in Syria, but fObama uses the more correct translation of the name the liver-eaters use for themselves, "al-Dawla al-Islamiya fil Iraq wa al-Sham". (Arabic acronym Daesh) This means the Islamic State in Iraq and the North. The key word is al Sham. This literally means "the north" but is usually translated as "the Levant." Hence, "the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant" or ISIL.
The Levant is western Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Israel and Sinai.
That fucker in the WH gives full faith and credit to Team Headchopper. IOW, he's Muslim Brotherhood - but worse.

When Obama uses the word "ISIL" it makes me think that he uses it because it's a more respectful phrase to fellow Muslims - like wink, wink - sort of thing. It gives me the creeps when he uses ISIL for that reason - like it's some sort of secret hand shake between one Islamist and another Islamist.
It creeps me out too when he pointedly and repeated uses ISIL. I used to think that he was at bottom a convinced dialectical materialist (a la Ayres), but there are apparently other twisted sympathies rattling around in that noggin of his.
Who knows, but the revolutionary Bolsheviks made use of Islamism in their time as well.
