Snowden released a 64 but encryption key. Interesting things might happen.

Edward Snowden, William Binney and Wayne Madsen all worked for the NSA and have done their best to protect us and the Republic. There are others in the NSA and elsewhere in the military and intelligence services working to save us. Maybe some have been leaking to Assange. Maybe Snowden will leak more before election day. We know Assange has more leaks. The Clinton Foundation scams will be powerful. No way Hillary survives all that and the debates to become President even with 10 million stolen votes.
